Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in soft/loose soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material from site to a distance n.exc 50 m away and depositing where directed n.exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of DI pipe of size 150 mm dia as per IS 8239/2000 class K-9 with in side cement mortar lining with spigot and socketed end laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rubber gasket joints shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L CI sluice valves of size 150 mm dia bore class PN 1.0 ISI mark flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top with including nut and bolts washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of size 150mm dia bore without by pass arrangement, swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.0 complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply, installation and testing of flanged ends water meter ISI marked woltman type, Class 'B' of size 150 mm dia bore making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position, complete all as specified and directed Note :- Flange joints including jointing materials shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply, installation and testing flanged ends strainer/dirt box of size 150 mm dia bore with stainless steel mesh suitable for cold water meter to avoid foreign material entering into meter and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts fixing in horizontal/inclind/ vertical position complete all as directed. Note :- Flange joints including jointing materials shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply and fixing cast iron air release valves with two air outlets 150mm dia bore and fixing up in ductile iron water supply mains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in any type of soil through trenchless technology by HDD (Horizontal Direction Drilling method) including perparing and settin up the plant and euipment, preparing new pipe work like excavation shoring/ strutting etc drilling, stringing reaming pulling back the new work on the path alignment proper disposal of drilling fluid and the ground penetrating radar survey to protec existing utilities at the pipe installation location restoration of site after completion all inclusive as per and STT IS No 2.3 2.2 2.2 second edition 2008 code of practice of trenchless technology suitting indian condition for making horizontal bore size of 400mm dia suitable for HDPE pipe insertion under the road crossing hard standing including HDPE pipe size 350 mm nominal dia 28.30 mm minimum wall thickness of grade PE 80 for protection of MS pipe to any depth all as specified and directed Note : (i) MS pipe 150 mm dia bore shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) HDPE pipe of size 350 mm complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) Permisison required for civil authority /department prior to executing the work is the responsibility of contractor and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

Boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually in any type of soil upto 250mm bore complete all as specified and directed

M&L fabriction, welding and fixing of MS frame work /angle iron/channels/MS sheet etc for supporting water pipe line as per site requirment for MS pipe ERW of size 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying, jointing, welding & testing MS Pipe of size 150 mm dia bore (Heavy duty class 'C') 4 mm thick laid in trenches or on floors for connections to centrifugal pump sets for suction, pump to header and to connect out going water main CI/DI pipe line complete all as directed

M&L Rubber Gasket Joint (Tyton Joint) including jointing material for DI/CI pipe of following sizes :- a) 150 mm bore

S&F MS flanges of size150mm bore 16 mm thickness duly welded with MS pipe complete all as specified

M&L for run lead joint including jointing material for CI/DI/MS pipe of size 150mm bore complete all as specified

M&L DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars, tail pieces caps and plugs of size 150mm bore flanged/socket ends confirming to IS:8329:2000 complete all as specified & directed
