Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract for New lecture hall air-conditioning plant at CSIR-IICT Hyderabad

Providing comprehensive annual maintenance contract (CAMC) for air conditioning units of 17 TR capacity (02 circuit based) for one year. Description of the equipment : 17 TR air conditioning unit of 02 circuit based danfoss PAC with R407C refrigerant. Model number : CS-DPUASC170DR407P Serial number : TL/98804-1 The work includes : i) Checking of air conditioning system comprising of condenser motors, compressor, refrigerant circuit(s), replacing of any defective spare parts. ii) Lubrication/replacement of bearing whenever found necesaary. iii)Inspection of safety and operating controls, circuit controls through toggle switch. iv)Leak testing and rectifying in refrigerant circuit. v)Overhauling the components of equipment at site or at the service station as and when required. vi) Chemical based cleaning of condenser coils/ evaporators during the scheduled PM activities. vii) Cleaning of air filters along with condenser/evaporator servicing. viii) Service call shall be attended with in 24 hours of registering complaint. ix) Replacement of compressor if defective. * Quarterly payment will be made after completion of work and submission of service reports
