REPAIR RESURFACING TO CERTAIN ROADS AT GANESHKHIND AND ARDE UNDER GE RD PASHAN PUNE

Material and labour for Repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen (VG -10) @ 5 kg/10 Sqm putting in and including pre-mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed sealed with binder with paving bitumen grade VG -30 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadum binder and chipps) and depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm depth,area not exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix using 12 mm to 25mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid, rolled and compacted with 10 tonne to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber, consolidated thickness 75mm or less, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dust and dirt etc. including draining off water if any from pot holes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with and including paving bitumen (VG-10 grade) @5Kg/10Sqm with mechanical sprayer on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumin of VG 30 grade and laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 ton power roller and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.80 Kg of bitumen VG 30 applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Tenderer shall obtain design mix from aproved laboratories as specified. The bitumen content shall not be less than 5.5% of total mix. If the actual design mix works out to less than 5.5% than minimum bitumen content shall be 5.5%. (ii) No price adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content as per design mix is more than 5.5%. (iii) The unit rates shall deemed to include exepnses incurred for obtaining design mix.

Material and labour for painting 2mm thick thermoplast fluorescent paint colour white or golden yellow or any other shade conforming to BS standard 3262 with and including 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic(commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions and according to the specifications laid down by IRC and MOST (Ministry Of Surface Transport)- Specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc. on roads and other like surfaces not exceeding 10cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Solar stud of size 125mm x125mm x85mm in red / yellow / orange colours made out of aluminium housing and precast construction solar powered by SIMENS monocrystal solar panel 2V 120mA type of battery NI-CD with 2Hz EL-805-3 pieces each side on 2 ends total 6 pieces LEDs, flashing upto 12hours of light at night and solar battery automatically charge in day / sun light duly fixed with cement and hardner complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: DARK EYE / 3M / TATA / BP or equivalent ISI marked make as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye two way reflective of size 100mm x100mm x18.5mm with aluminium body with reflective panels Amber/ Red / White complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: DARK EYE / 3M / TATA / BP or equivalent ISI marked make as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair delinator size 750mm long MS 50mm round pipe with retro reflective tapes white, red and yellow including wire mess protection for reflector all necessary excavating and earth work and fixing in PCC type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and taking out old delenator complete. Make : Vertex 3M or equivalent ISI marked make as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair, ABS speed breaker/rubber rubmler of height 50mm and of size 350mmx250mm each in two colours (black and yellow), fixed alternately with reflectors on either side complete fixed with and including epoxy and bolts 6mm dia, 75mm long fasteners by drilling as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Model No. DA 1005 of Dark Eye or equivalent in 3M/Tata BP Solar/Oscar/Avery Dennison Alexis/Sharp Eye

Supplying and fixing factory made retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign board of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet,face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35mm x35mm x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm welded with base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (Or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out and returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceending 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil. complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for plain cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed

Providing & fixing in repairs 24" convex mirror in repair, polycarbonate 24" Orange body including MS post for fixing of convex mirror etc. as per sample kept in GE office complete all as specified and as directed .
