Material & labour for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat conforming to clause 503 of MORT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (Fifth Rivision) with cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 grade, confirming to IS 8887 (latest edition) @ 2.5Kg/10 Sqm using primer distributer which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Bitumenous concrete (BC) 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) layer confirming to clause 507 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, crushed aggregate of grading 2, anti stripping agent, warm mix additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved job mix formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen of specific temperature throughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen contect, anti stripping agent, warm mix additives as per mix design in hot mix plant (batch type) of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved and and suitable arrangements, laying and hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual aperation as and when required for proper grade, including level and camber through rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed

Notes : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 5.5 % VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix formula as per clause No. 505.3.3 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/CTL/Govt Engg Collage and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 5.4 % by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii) The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula form lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of Filler i.e. rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate.

(iv) if qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs. 45.00 Per KG and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified is respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specification entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause no. 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Providing, laying & Compaction of bituminous, macadam (BM)compacted thickness 50 mm conforming to clause 504 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (Fifth Revision) using mechanically crushed stone aggeagates and granual material etc of grading II as per Table 500-7 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) premixed with bitumenous binder Bitumen grade VG-30 @3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch type Hot Mix Plant transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs solar cat/ solar stud eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency monorystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 2 mm thick, white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by special applicator Machine at desired temperature all as per manufacturer instructions and painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggs) as in sub base finish even and rough to receive the top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block in replacement with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size (design approved by GE) casted in rubber moulds and compacted on vibratory table confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade over and including 50mm thick fine sand and cushioning and joints filled with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block in replacement with grey cement and pigment any shape and size (design approved by GE) casted in rubber moulds and compacted on vibratory table confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 50mm thick fine sand and cushioning and joints filled with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges including form work (straight or curved ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs factory made pre polished pre cast cement concrete M-35, vibro compacted kerbs stone of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm chamfered or bull nosed on one edge with and including necessary earth work and setting in CM 1:4 including necessary excavation not exceeding depth of 15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete painted surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth and appplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair convex mirror minimum 100cm in dia outdoor type, body material- Polycarbonate, acrylic and mirror thickness not less than 3mm for traffic security purpose mounted on 2 mtr long SS pipe Gde 30G fixed with nut bolt and adjustable brackets/clamp system including necessary excavation and embeded in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete as per specification and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular solar dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 90 mm dia mild steel pipe of 1.0 metre height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.
