Part - 'A' (Civil) 1 Day to Day civil maintenance of all buildings and boundary walls of NSUT East Campus by deploying necessary manpower and T&P but excluding the building materials, fittings and consumables, all complete as per Terms, Conditions and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The rate quoted against this item are inclusive of wages, privilege leave, uniforms, T&P, GST, CP&OH etc. However, the rates are exclusive of employer’s contribution towards EPF & ESI and Bonus.

2 Day to Day civil maintenance of all buildings and boundry walls of NSUT West Campus by deploying necessary manpower and T&P but excluding the building materials, fittings and consumables, all complete as per Terms, Conditions and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The rate quoted against this item are inclusive of wages, privilege leave, uniforms, T&P, GST, CP&OH etc. However, the rates are exclusive of employer’s contribution towards EPF & ESI and Bonus.

3 Welding repairing works with welding machine, rods and labour etc as required all complete at different locations in the East Campus as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (Electricity and other material required for welding works shall be provided by NSUT free of cost).

5 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 5.1 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

6 Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets: 6.1 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

7 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): 7.1 With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Part 'B' (Electrical) 9 Day to Day Maintenance and proper functioning of all types of electrical installations i.e. wiring, cables, main switches, floor panels, distribution boards, feeder pillars, electric motors driven water pump sets (testing only), earthing ,street light poles and operation of 250 KVA DG sets and operation of Thyssenkrupp make Lifts including preventative & routine maintenance etc. in NSUT East Campus and attending all types of electrical complaints from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM( in two shifts i.e 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) as per Special Terms & Condition attached including on Saturdays and Sundays and public Holidays etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate quoted against this item are inclusive of wages, privilege leave, uniforms, T&P, GST, CP&OH etc. However, the rates are exclusive of employer’s contribution towards EPF & ESI and Bonus.
