Outsourcing services for operation of water supply installation for one shift per day,08hours each, shift timing 7.00hrs to 15.00hrs incl sundays and hoilidays by employing one skilled pump operator (FGM) for entire system comprising monobloc pumpsets of capacity 2x15HP, starters panel ,UG sump 50000GLNS, 25000GLNS OHT -2Nos, chlorination at T/54main pumphouse, monobloc pumpset 5HP-10Nos, UG sump 10000GLNS -5Nos around Technical bldgs, and control valves for smooth functiong of water supply installation complete at Technical area all as specified and directed. Rates required to be quoted for execution under Srl item No 1.01 to 1.06 here in after :-

Minimum wage of tradesman as per prevailing Notification by Government of India or state Government or local body whichever is higher as applicable.

Employees provident Fund as per prevailing Notification by Government of India as applicable.

Employees state Insurance contribution as per prevailing Notification by Government of India or state Government whichever is higher as applicable

Contribution of Bonus as per prevailing Notification by Government of India as applicable

Over head and Profit of the contractor on Serial No 1.01 to 1.04

Labour Welfare cess as per prevailing Notification by Government of India

Outsourcing services for operation of control valves in one shift per day, 08hours each, shift timing 0700hrs to 15.00hrs incl sundays and hoilidays by employing one semi skilled helper/mate per shift for water supply distribution from OHTs to technical area OTM accommodation area. Operation of pumpsets 5HP,1HP & UG sump 10,000, 6000 GLNS ,control valves, chlorination for water supply distribution to high rise bldg accn at DCS line ,Scientific accn all as specified and directed. Rates required to be quoted for execution under Srl item No 2.01 to 2.06 here in after :-

Note for item No1 & 2 : (i) Routine check of pumpsets carryout minor repair works. (ii) Cleaning all around the pumpset includes cutting of vegetation, grass etc. (iii) Replace minor parts Indication lamps, push button, bolt, nuts gland packings to pump sets and various valves, control panel fuses, sluice valve stuffing box nut bolts of required sizes, including opening and closing of delivery valves for water distribution to users as per given timings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.(iv) It is the responsibility of Conrtactor to ensure that attendance register is maintained duly signed kept on record and payment of tradesman for the no of days present will only be made.In case the person not found on duty for a day or part there of due to any reason what so ever , Rs 1000/- for each shift will be recovered. (v) M&O staff will wear uniform of Black Pant and Light Grey Shirt provided by contractor during duty hours as approved by Engr in Charge. (vi) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed Accident Insurance of the working persons during working hours.(vii) Proper duty rosters to be displayed at each installation and attendence register shall be maintained duly signed by JE E/M , Engr-in-Charge & Contractor . (viii) The contractor should procure all the safety equipments what ever is required for smooth operation and maintanance works for FGM/mate.(ix) Ensure supply of water to each bldg and any nature of defects notifed in distribution network/bldg side shall be report to mantenance section.(x) Collect the sample of water as location directed and checking chlorine level and recored the same at register maintained at T/54 main pumphouse.
