Carryingout the Comprehensive Maintenance of FRP type Cooling Towers installed at CCP-I,CCP-II,ETD QA, EMI/EMC Chiller Plant in Factory premises, as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-A1, Clause No 2.1.2 and for list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-A2, Table 1B or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. Carryingout the Comprehensive Maintenance of AHUs and Fan coiled units connected to central chiller plants in Factory premises, as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-A1, Clause No 2.1.3 and for list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-A2, Table 1C or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. Carrying out the operation of Dx. Carrying out the Servicing & repair of main diesel engine driven pump set of capacity 171 M3 /Hr model CPHM 100/40 Kirloskar make including diesel engine as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-A1, Clause 2.6.6 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete.

Supply of consumable items as per the list detailed as per Scope of work detailed in Annexure-A1, Clause 2.7.

Part-2:(Rodent control) Part-A : Zone-I, Zone-II & Zone-III as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-C1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-C2. Controlling of Rodent, Mosquito, Pests Menace inside and outside (surrounding) the building areas as per the scope of work detailed in (Annexure-C1) by engaging the required Supervisor for effective supervision and labour, tools, and accessories and or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc., complete. (Note: (i) The rate to be quoted shall be for per month of Job Contract Basis (excluding consumables). (ii) The rate shall be exclusive of GST.) (iii) The required consumables only will be paid under relevant item.

Part-2:(Rodent control) Part-B : Zone-IV as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-C1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-C2 Controlling of Rodent, Mosquito, Pests Menace inside and outside (surrounding) the building areas as per the scope of work detailed in (Annexure-C1) by engaging the required Supervisor for effective supervision and labour, tools, and accessories and or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc., complete. (Note: (i) The rate to be quoted shall be for per month of Job Contract Basis (excluding consumables). (ii) The rate shall be exclusive of GST.) (iii) The required consumables only will be paid under relevant item.

Supplying Glue board of Approximate size of 300mm x 300mm of 6mm thick paper board neatly cut to shape and placing it in required position.

Supplying of brown glue of good quality for glue board of approved brand and grade as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Note: (i) To be procured from authorised dealer in sealed containers only).

Supplying Bromadiolone cake of minimum 100 gms of make BAYER, RECKIT, PCI as approved by the Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (Note: (i) To be procured from authorised dealer in sealed containers only).

Controlling the Rodent Menace in Building inside the Factory premises by supplying Cages / Rat traps of best quality with numbering system as approved by the Engineer-in-charge and placing them at the suitable places as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc., complete.

Supplying fipronilgel in 80 grms tube as approved by the Engineer-in-charge etc., complete

Supplying Mosquito repellent K-OTHRINE Flow consisting of DELTAMETHRIN 2.5% SC in sealed containers to be procured from authorised dealer.

Supplying Zinc Phosphate for controlling the rodent menace by injecting / burying the mixture of zinc phosphate and atta (wheat flour) in the ratio of 1:4 (1 zinc phosphate: 4 parts of atta) in the burrow holes as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge etc., complete,( Note: Required PPE' s to be used during operation of this item)

Supplying Atta (wheat flour) for controlling the rodent menace by injecting / burying the mixture of zinc phosphate and atta (wheat flour) in the ratio of 1:4 (1 zinc phosphate: 4 parts of atta) in the burrow holes as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge etc., complete,

Removing of BEE HIVE (HONEY COMB) / Wasp net and similar kind of nets on buildings, trees and high rised structures, by deploying experienced personal, including providing required kind of chemical as approved by EIC and providing PPE for the personal, including temporary barrication of the area during the operation. The rate to be quoted shall be for complete work including all kinds of materials, tools, accessories required and nothing extra shall be paid. (Note: This activity is to be carried out during non shift hours only)

Schedule-C (Canteens)

Providing additional unskilled workers as and when required for carrying out miscellaneous works like sweet/dry fruits distribution and conducting event management etc.,. NOTE: (i) Rate shall include minimum wages stipulated by Company and all the statutory requirements like ESI, PF, EDLI etc. including contractor profit margin. (ii) Rates to be quoted shall be exclusive of GST.

Schedule-C (Components SBU)

Schedule -D (Horticulture and Road Sweeping)

Maintenance of existing gardens inside the factory premises including all garden related features like all types of lawns, hedges, shrubs, trees, creepers, flower beds, ground covers, pathways, topiary plants, vertical gardens etc., (Red soil, Manures quantity will be measured separately as per SOQR Nos. 7.05 & 7.06). Apprx. quantity : 176400 sqm per month x 12 months = 2116800 Sqm per annum. as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2. Unit rate considered is "Rs. per Sqm per Month".

Maintenance of nursery including existing potted plants (plants with plastic pots, cement pots and earthen pots) by regular watering, removal of dried and unwanted vegetation, deweeding, hoeing, stacking (if required), removal of excess rootlets, suckers, repotting, encouraging the apical meristem etc., (Red soil, Manures quantity will be measured separately as per SOQR Nos. 7.05 & 7.06) Apprx. quantity : 10750 Nos. per month x 12 Months = 1,29,000 Nos. per annum) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Development of lawns includes proper digging, ground preparation, leveling, fine dressing, red soil application, manuring, consolidation, rolling, laying (at a distance of either side of 5 cm) of well grown Mexican mat, top dressing, deweeding, gap filling, lawn moving and further maintenance as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2. (Red soil, Manures quantity will be measured separately as per SOQR Nos.7.05 & 7.06).

Supplying and stacking of good earth for Horticulture purpose at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% towards voids).as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure / organic compost for Horticulture purpose at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Supply and planting of well grown disease free Shrubs of different varieties (Achelipha, Ixora, Rose, TMC, Cassia, Allamanda, Hibiscus) of more then 30cm height with bushy stems / branches in poly bags / pots at site including watering and removal of unserviceable material’s as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Red soil, Manures quantity will be measured separately as per SOQR Nos. 7.05 & 7.06).as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Supply of additional unskilled manpower as and when required (including Sundays and Holidays) for Horticulture related works including tree trimming, pruning of tree branches, removal of naturally fallen trees/branches, cleaning of open storm water drains, attending Horticulture related works at Senior Officers residences, Customer Officers, unforeseen activities etc.,. Attending complaints related to tree pruning. During rainy season there is heavy falling of trees and tree branches which are to be removed to clear the area / roads (noticed during previous years) and or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete.as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Clearing of wild growth (other than garden area) by mechanical trimming up to ground level and disposing of the same. This operation shall be carriedout through out the year in line with gardens to avoid over growth of unwanted vegetation inside the factory premises. Apprx. quantity : 24500 sqm and about 5 operations per year (24500 Sqm x 5 times = 122500 Sqm) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Disposal of any waste including green waste material by Mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to waste management yard / compost pit complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Green Waste / Housekeeping / Scrap Removal : Supply of tractor with trailor / Lorry (self tipping facility to accomodate about 8 cum of quantity including Driver and required manpower in order to remove the green waste / Production waste / scrap etc., generated inside the factory. The green waste has to be dumped at compost pits / shredding area and Production scrap shall be unloaded at Disposal yard with in the BEL complex. The cost includes supply of vehicle, Driver, required manpower for loading activity, unloading etc.,) fuel, tools and tackles, safety items etc.,. complete as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

For Housekeeping : Supply of only tractor engine including Driver and required manpower towards pulling of existing (BEL permanent trailors) trailors containing loaded and segregated scrap items like mechanical / electronics related small to medium scrap itmes, plastics, chips, bottles, glass, aluminium items, boaring items etc., from Central scrap yard as well as trailors parked at various Plant Engineering departments & unloading the same at disposal yard on daily basis. The cost includes supply of tractor engine, Driver, required manpower, fuel, tools and tackles, safety items etc.,. (minimum 1 USK towards loading & unloading) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Mechanised Sweeping the roads in the Factory premises of the Company by using machine / equipment fitted with Global Positioning System (GPS) facility to sweep roads as per the scope (Refer Annexure – D1 Clause 15.0 for SOW). Total area of the roads to be swept is around 1,32,000 Sqm. Hence, total quantity of roads to be swept per annum =1,32,000 sqm per day x 301 days = 3,97,32,000 Sqm.as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2. Unit rate considered is "Rs. per 100 Sqm per day".

Providing experienced Supervisor (Highly skilled) having Computer knowledge and SAP related works, Monitoring & checking GPS of the Mechanised road sweeping works, overall feedback (including managing EDD consumable store) on garden related works to EDD staff and follow up of the assign works as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Supply of good quality Plastic Pots of size. 16 to 18 inches height & 15 to 20 inches top dia. (Thickness shall be more than 2 mm) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-D1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-D2.

Carrying out Maintenance of reciprocating Air and Gas Compressors (Non comprehensive type) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (06 Nos. x 02 service in a year)

Carrying out Maintenance of Screw compressors (Non comprehensive type) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (03 Nos. x 02 service in a year)

Carrying out descaling activity of Air/Gas Compressors and coolers once in a year as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (08 Nos. x 01 service in a year)

Carrying out Maintenance of Centrifugal Air compressor (Non comprehensive type) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (01 Nos. x 06 service in a year)

Carrying out Maintenance of Hydrogen Gas Compressor and Nitrogen Gas Compressor (Non comprehensive type) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (02 Nos. x 02 service in a year)

Carrying out Shift Operation of Gas Plant which consists of 4 Plants( Air Separation Plant, PSA Nitrogen Plant, Water Treatment Plant and Hydrogen plant) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete.

Carrying out Operation and Maintenance of Automatic fire fighting system (AFFS) (Non comprehensive type) as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. a). Maintenance of sprinkler pumps once in a 3 months (5 Nos. of Pumps x 4 Services in a year = 20 Services). b). Carry out day-to-day Operation of entire Fire Fighting System c). Checking and Maintenance of Diesel Engine once in a year d). Cleaning of Fire Water Tank having capacity of 1250 Kilolitres Once in a year

Carrying out Operation and Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants in Components SBU as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. a). Carrying out day to day operation and Maintenance of ETP’s b). Cleaning of PETP’s Removing settled Sludge and cleaning of Tanks at all PETP's, Shifting of sludge to Main ETP for further treatment on weekly basis.

Carrying out day to day Operation of Air conditioning Plants and its supporting equipment’s in Components SBU as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete.

Carrying out Maintenance of Screw Chillers in Components once in three months as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (8 No’s x 4 Services in a year)

Cleaning of Cooling towers and its sumps once in Six months as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-E1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-E2 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (15 No’s x 2 Services in a year)

Schedule -F(O&M of EED & Transport) Factory

Carrying out operation of Northern Sewage Treatment Plant(NSTP) & Southern Sewage Treatment Plant(SSTP) including maintenance, painting, housekeeping, etc., and/or as directed by Engineer in Charge etc., complete as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-F1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-F2.

Carrying out day to day operation and maintenance of Centralized Effluent Treatment Plant during working days including unit cleaning and up keeping and or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc., complete as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-F1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-F2.

Carrying out Sludge Disposal work as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-F1, and / or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc., complete.

Supply of safety items, providing and maintaining Tools & Tackles as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-F1 and for the list of Tools & Tackles indicated in Annexure-F4. shall be made available for STP and CETP at any point of time.

Supply of Manpower for supply of treatedwater during exigency work such as night shift/ holidays, etc., as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-F1 and or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc., complete.

Carrying out all the works in three rotational shifts in a day at Transport Control Room as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-F1 and or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate quoted shall be for the complete finished work per month of Job Contract Basis.
