Dismantling carfully with machine or manually surki consits of brick bats,lime etc.in sunken portion including necessary propping/strutting to the slab below to avoid any vibrationery effects to the slab, cleaning of all walls, flooring, etc. and disposal of debries up to 100 m lead etc . Complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of sanitary bore points across walls from inside to out side shaft (75mm to 100mm dia pipes) at all floor levels to facilitate taking out of Cast iron pipes, T's/bends and opening of of lead joints wherever required, including packing the bore points after laying of new Sanitary/Water supply lines, with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) including plastering inside and outside surfaces with CM 1:3, with necessary scaffloding all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing existing damaged ordinary/Anti-static PVC tiles/sheet flooring including removing of adhesive provided for fixing the tile with required tools and cleaning the floor using best quality liquid adhesive remover and cleaning the floor thoroughly to receive the new flooring. All the removed waste materials are to be dumped at designated place(Cost includes shifting the dismantled materials from second floor to designated place in the compound) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge .

Taking out existing old vertical blinds including track and brackets of size 1.80x1.45m with disposing of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50m lead etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Making necessary openings in stone masonry wall /RCC beam of thickness up to 35 cm with mechanical device for passing drain/water supply pipe Etc.and repairing the hole after the insertion of drain/water supply pipe etc. with cement concrete including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof at all heights, including taking all safety measures for men and material (The Rate includes cost of cutting scafolding and labour charges) etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing edge moulding to 35mm to 40 mm thick granite stone kitchen platform, counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to the moulded edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite work - Full round nosing.

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/Granite / stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 35 to 40 mm thick cuddapa slab as cover for manholes, gully traps including cutting to the required size and shape etc allcomplete and as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 18 to 20mm thick Black granite stone slab for wall cladding/ lining/dadoing of steps over 12 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) & joints pointed with white cement, mixed with matching pigment of suitable shade, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels (Edge moulding to be paid separately) : a)Black granite gang saw cut stone slabs exposed face to be polished.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:

(a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.(b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.

(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:

The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approvedshop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Approved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineerin- charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge for approval before execution).

Aluminium Composite panel 4mm thick

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/ L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm. long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately).

Providing and Fixing galvanised wire of 8mm dia for suspending the external canopy with necessary fixtures fixing to wall and to the MS tubular supporting frame system by bolt nuts, welding and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

The board shall be fixed at a distance of 25 mm from the wall surface etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing Roller Blinds of required size Green Screen Roller Blinds from HUNTER DOUGLAS make or rate and quality equivalent with following specifications: a) The DRIVE UNIT shall be of moulded plastic with steel spring support and inserted into the tube end. It shall be driven by a ball chain pulley with ball chain and can be positioned at right side or left side of the Shade. b) The Shade when lowering or raising, shall be automatically locked in position upon release of the ball chain by means of a built in friction lock. c) the END PLUG shall be moulded of plastic with a steel location pin. The plug shall be inserted into the tube end. (Opposite to the Drive Unit). d) The SUPPORT BRACKETS shall be of coated steel & provided with covers and used in right hand or left hand positions differentiated by the acceptance of the rectangular drive unit support or the round idler plug pin. e) The ROLLER TUBE shall be of extruded aluminium with 38mm internal diameter & skin thickness of 1mm and shall incorporate a keyway integral with the tube to accomodate the spline. the outside diameter of the roller tube shall be 40mm. f) the BOTTOM RAIL shall be a stiffening rod pocket. Providing and fixing of Armstrong American Exotics Bruce wooden floring with 7 Ply construction Engineered wood. Planks would be in 120mm width & in random length and thickness 10mm to give a variety of dimensional choices. The veneer thickness of the products remains to be 2mm with only African teak with a veneer thickness of 0.6mm. The edge should be in micro beveled shape with Permion finish in order to resist stains and spots complete as per the manufacturer's specification and directions of Engineer -in-charge.

Installation: It is important to ensure the sub floor on which the planks are being laid is smooth, flat & hard & free from moisture, greases, etc. In case of uneven sub floor the same should be leveled by self leveling compound. The moisture level present in the sub floor should be less than 8% before installation of the floor. The Laminated floor should be a completely floating floor of 2mm thick polyethylene foam. The unique Lock & Fold system helps in floating installation type which does not need any glue to join the planks. The installation shall be undertaken as per the manufacturer's installation instructions.

3) SEALING - Mix Asian Paints Interior Sealer Base and Hardener in the ratio 9:1 by volume and thin it with 20-40% of Thinner (Asian Paints Thinner for MELAMYNE (BRUSHING)-(2126) OR Thinner T-124 for SPRAYING). Allow for a maturation time of 30min and spray 2 coats of sealer. For spraying, give an intercoat interval of 5-6 hours. Sanding to achieve uniform surface with Emery Paper No. 320 or 400 between coats. 4) Topcoat - Mix the Asian Paints Interior Topcoat Glossy / Matt and hardener in the ratio 9:1 by volume and thin it with 20-40% Asian Paints PU Thinner T-124 for SPRAYING. Allow a maturation time of 30mins and Spray 2 coats of Matt or Gloss. For spraying, give an intercoat interval of 5-6 hours. Sanding to achieve uniform surface with Emery Paper No.320 or 400 between coats. Additional spray coat if required to be done till the final finished surface shall be excellent Glossy/excellent matt.

Note : a)All Melamine applications shall be Spray Application Only. b) For best Melamine polish results start by sanding the wood with a sandpaper and dust it off. While doing the sandpapering, Care must be taken to to rub along the grain of wood and not against it. c) The entire operations shall be as per the manufacturers technical specifications of the approved product of make Asian Paints Interior Glossy or equivalent along with necessary pigment as required.
