Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength. Modular size, is slaight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No 2 but except brick. Note: All type of bricks retrieved from item No 1 will be used.

M&L for brickwork with Modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone boulder pitching with random rubble including grouting with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per Item No 05 but except stone built in cement mortar 1:6 as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Flush pointing to brick walls in CM 1:4

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble, un-coursed masonry built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including disposing of rubbish material at low lying area of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agreaget as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on top of drain walls and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and finishing exposed faces of concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick; Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in top layer of the floor, pavings etc., including finishing the surface by spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for concrete slab having 100 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 150m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of drains/culverts, by completely removing silt, mud sludge, vegetation growth etc. and removing the same to out side MoD land all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for any width of drains and depth of drains n exc 0.920m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floor (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work including cutting reinforcement to facilitate demolition and disposing of the rubbish materials outside of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC (1:2:4), type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manhole and similar article with plain face, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M & L Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick Add for well ramming including watering as required.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
