Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC sheets (corrugated and semicorrugated etc )/translucent fibre sheets in roofing incl ridge tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills,seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, Bed blocks, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over and cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and bending with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type D 2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concerete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic wall cladding coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm or 300x600x7-10mm thick (design and size as approved by Engr in Charge) as in vertical surfaces of walls, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work such grill, griting as doors, gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding eith and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including ornament and intricate design, including pintle hings, stops hand made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) wall cladding/facade( cut to arch shape or as directed) or in ceiling with sunk or raised moulding/cop design as approved by GE of 6 mm thick HPL sheet, aluminium cover sheet thickness 0.5 mm, panel length 2240 mm and width 1220 mm, interior face coil coated with polyester, fixing with aluminium tube/ aluminium channel with aluminium /steel rivet/screw in any position and height in any colour including preparation of concrete surface for ACP complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless Steel box type writing letters (Block, Romen, Italic or Indian) of size 300mm hight, 50mm wide and 10mm depth(thick) or size as approved by Engr in charge complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any descripton not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel conforming to grade Fe-165 (Fe-290) angle post or struts in fencing fixed independently including cutting and bending to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 25mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 type B0 (1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate etc sample as approved by GE incl takong out old precast jali complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window sills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of post including securing and tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc all as specified (Each line wire to be mesured)

S&F punched tape concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 50 turns and 500mm dia, width of barbed 9mm and spacing of clips 23.5mm to 24.5mm c/c weight of coil will be 10 to 14 Kg without packing. Coil length will be 6m when opened upto etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.
