Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand ) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engnieer in charge upto a distance of 30m .from the foundation trenches .Excluding GST

Cement concrete with 4 cm. gauge approved stone ballest approve coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation including supply of all matrials labour and T&P etc . Required for proper completion of the work .Excluding GST

M-150 Brick work in 1:6 (one cement & six fine sand) ( 1.25 F.M. ) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all matrials , labour & tools & plant etc required for proper complrtion of the work Excluding GST

M-150 Brick work in work 1:4 (one cement & 4 corse sand) (1.25.F.M) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all matrials ,labour & tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work Excluding GST

Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundations and floor supply of all matrials , labour & tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work .Excluding GST

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm . Gauge aprroved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in T Beam ,slab Roof and R.C.C Colunm excluding supply of reinforement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttring etc and supply of all matrials , labour ,tools & plants etc . required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire . The rate excludes making of drips course which shall be paid . Excluding GST

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm Guage approved stone grit in proportions in 1:1.5:3 in raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necesary centering and shutting etc .and supply of all matrials ,labour , tools & plants etc . required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire .The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid .Excluding GST
