Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of transformer suitable for 500 KVA step down trolley mounted outdoor type with dual rated HT side i.e 6.6 and 11 KV, 3 phase and LT side 0.433 KV, 3 phase and 4 wire 50 Hz AC, double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought out on LV side with for earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/ vary secondary voltage by + 7.5 % in equal step of 2.5 % changed by means of manually operated " off load" taps changing gear. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first filling of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-I. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified in IS-2026 shall be suitably adjusted to suite the maximum ambient temperature of 55 degree centigrade as prevalent at Kanpur .The transformer shall be complete with the following fittings and accessories :-

(a) Oil conservator tank with fillings holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphram and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air tank (pressure release valve). (d) Air release valve plug. (e) Cable box on both LV/HV side consisting of porcelain bushes with nuts, washers & bushing rods with glands suitable for reception of taking out suitable size cable, including gland joints complete all as specified. (f) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washer etc. (g) Thermometer pocketon tank cover. (h) Two Nos Earthing terminals marking plate. (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (k) Lifting lugs. (l) Oil drain valve with plug. (m) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess interior of tank. (n) Dehydrating breather with first filling of Dehydrating agent. (o) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strip. (p) Inspection cover.

Note :- 1. Any parts/ items not mentioned above but it is required for efficient functioning of transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Trolley of transformer shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and all accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm. Make of cable end box:- Denson/ M seal/ 3 M.

Supplying, connecting & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make of cable:- Gloster/ Polycab/ Universal/ CCI/Havells

S&F in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for outdoor/indoor termination end joint heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 500 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Make: Reychem/Dension/Birla/3 M

Supply, connecting and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 500 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Make of cable:- Gloster/ Grandlay/ Polycab/ Incab/ Universal/ Finolex/Havells

M&L for trolley for 500 KVA transformer step down, outdoor type, factory fabricated and manufactured with MS sheet, angle irons, channels etc duly painted as per load class as recommended by manufacturer of transformer with four wheels and one spare wheel, hydraulic jack, toe rod and pulling chain air filling pump. Four wheel drum brake system spring loaded drawbar, leaf spring based suspension system provn for idling screw jack 04 Nos for levelling of transformer etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of tyre: Bridgestone/MRF/Michelin Note: Transformer manufacturer's approved drawings of trolley for transformer will be submitted by the contractor before manufacturing of trolley for approval of Accepting officer.
