M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggt) as in foundation filling & mass concrete

S&F roof trusses (framed) trussed , pulins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam , Tee, Angle , channel or flat sections ) inlcuding cleats and distance pieces using steel of grade Fe 290 (Gde E -165)

M&L for preparation of new steel surafces of any description not otherwise described , over 10 cm width or girth , priming with a coat of red oxide primer and applyinng 2 coats of synthetic enamel complete all as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC Flooring using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ old sized bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and get ting out soft/loose soil

Removing excavation materials exc 250 but n exc 500 mm and upto a total distance of 1.5km and depositing where directed complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken bricks hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, depoisted, spread and levelled in layeers e exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed by Engieer-in-charge .

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigments confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in,including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & direcetd.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 (Type D2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Supply and fix MS posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S &F Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wre, staples or steel pins . etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

All as per item no 43 but in repairs

Forming 20mm thick cruple/expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ at crumption

S&F 600mm dia punched type concertina coil (50 turns per coil) 0.5mm thick low carbon heavy galvanised cold rolled steel sheet as per IS:513, confirm to heavy galvanised high tensil sp;ring steel wire as per IS : 4454 and confirming to heavy duty steel clips as per IS:2062 deep drawn quality with galvanising coating (minimum 230GSM) having medium barbsof specification barb length : 24+1 mm pitch between two barbs 35+1 mm and weight of coil should not be less than 1.42kg/RM including fixed in position in between "Y" shaped angle iron post with barbed wire fence complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The barbed wire shall be measured and paid seperately. After streching the concertina coil the length of the compound wall on which it has been streched shall be considred for measurement.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadom or bitumineous macadom surface in area not exc 400 Sqm and exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM,using lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite withcoarse agg of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) blinded with stone screening type 'A' spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to gradient and camber requiredl complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 48 above but except materials.

Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber(consolidated thickness 75 mm or less by binder content (paving bitumen) of 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming coat paving bitumen @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism complete all as specified .

All as per item No 51 above but on existing black top surfaces and tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Bituminous premixed asphaltic semidense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness (Desing Mix) using minimum 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient and rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tone power road roller, complete all as specifed and as directed.
