Construction of 30000 Litre Capacity OHT at Perappadi Habitation in Perappadi Panchayat of Thiruvidaimarudur Block.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following classification of soils as directed by dept. officers. Hard stiff clay, block cotton, hard red earth shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for foundation SS 20B

First depth of 2m

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling M- sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm.thick,well watered,rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by dept. officers.

Supplying and erecting Centering and Shuttering for soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification.(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45cm wide made out Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder of 45cm wide made out of 50x50x6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint for providing access to roof top of 10,000 lit. capacity OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by dept. officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sane! and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 4Scm consisting of two Nos. of ve~ical post of 10cm x lScm and step slab of 2Smm x 25mm etc., complete and as directed by dept. officers. Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 1l0mm PVC pipes and cowl and as directed by dept. officers. Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 and as directed by dept. officers.

Supplying & fixing of water tight manhole frame and cover of size 0.60mx0.60m with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by the Department Officers.

Providing GI Ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 50 mm GI pipes and cowl and as directed by dept. officers

Drilling of bore wells any where in Thanjavur District including transportation form one place to another place whithin the above district in alluvial soil or sedimentary strata of clay and sand or sand stone, shale, pebbles boulders etc., by first taking a pilot bore of 140mm dia and then enlarging to required dia by direct or reverse rotary mud and water required for drilling at the site shown by the departmental officers including construction of mud pit. ( Water available within a lead of 1.50km)
