Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MORT&H Specification

Earth work in trench cutting in proper camber according to required depth for laying garnular sub base including rolling with road roller upto required M.D.D., dressing, cost of labour, T&P and hire charges of machinery etc. complete work as per MORT&H Specification

Compaction of embankment at site from excavated material graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per MORT&H Specification

Construction of Granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, mixing in a place method at O.M.C. carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibtatory power roller to achive the desired density complete as per as per MORT&H Specification clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.as per MORT&H Specification

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G. 10 grade bitumen using emlusion pressure dristributor @ 0.35 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machenical broom. As per MORT&H on wmm steblization as perClause 503

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G. 10 grade bitumen using emlusion pressure dristributor @ 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machenical broom. As per MORT&H Specification

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% as per job mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification complete in all respects

Widening of Culvert Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.90cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 30 m.As per MORT&H specifications.

Sand Filling in Foundation trenches as per drawing and as per MoRT&H Specification

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (as per MoRT&H Specification)

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in Fdn,sub-stucture & super-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in super structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications, RCC Grade M20 (1:1.5:3)

Mild steel of iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete/ brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage and hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured.

Cement concrete with 20 mm. gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications

Supplying and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe 600 mm. dia. NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets .

Supplying and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe 350 mm. dia. NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets .

Raised cement pointing with 1:2 cement, fine sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.
