Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket etc.) complete including fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators etc. and making good to the disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core 1100v grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor with and including PVC concealed conduit of medium grade with all fittings including galvanized pressed steel sheet (1.0mm thick) sunk modular box with suitable module cover plate for mounting modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. including 1.5 sqmm single core 1100v grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including concealing of conduits in walls / floors / ceilings etc. and making good disturbed surface to matching with the surrounding surfaces complete all as specified and as directed . Note: (i) Colour coding of wiring is to be maintained as per standard colour code. (ii) Cost of chase cutting shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

All as per BOQ serial item No. 2 above but of one bell point controlled by one bell push with cables of 1.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per BOQ Serial item No. 2 above but for one 5 Amps Socket on same board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ Serial item No. 2 above but for one 5 A socket point on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ Serial item No. 2 above but for 15 A socket point independent with 2.5 sqmm 1100V grade FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully sub-main wiring any size including wooden batten/PVC conduit/ casing caping etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling to match the existing wall/ceiling etc with the surrounding surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring (surface type) with two runs of 1100 Volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable 4.0 Sqmm alongwith one run of 1100 Volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable 4.0 Sqmm , for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, drawn with & including through PVC casing caping of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Three runs of 4.0 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping shall measured as one length.

M&L for sub-main wiring with two run of 1100 Volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 6.0 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable , alongwith one run of 6.0 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, drawn with & including PVC concealed conduit of suitable size and cutting chases and looking good surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Three runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

All as per BOQ Serial item No. 09 above but with 10 sqmm 1100 V grade FRLSH PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor complete but drawn in and including concealed medium grade rigid PVC Conduit suitable size and cutting chases and looking good surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Three runs of 10 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured as one length.
