The outdoor units shall be suitable for 3 phase, 415V+10%, 50Hz AC supply and indoor shall be suitable for Single phase 220-240V, 50 Hz AC supply. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 52°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. Charges for Loading, unloading & shiftting of all outdoor units to Terrace is included in this item. Outdoor Units Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling. The modular VRV equipment, based on inverter technology and comprising multiple modules, should feature a 100% inverter-type hermetically sealed Inverter Scroll compressor with a 8-pole motor, minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules. The outdoor unit must be factory-assembled, housed in a durable, weatherproof casing made from rust-proofed mild steel panels with a baked enamel finish. The VRV/VRF system should include automatic refrigerant charging and periodic leakage detection, ensuring efficient operation. It must have an outdoor fan capable of maintaining an external static pressure of at least 75 Pa. The electrical control box, rated IP-55, should house a PCB, while the outdoor fan motor should have an IP-44 rating for enhanced protection against foreign particles and environmental conditions. The unit should be designed to adjust the evaporative temperature within the range of 3°C to 11°C, tailored to individual building and climate requirements for enhanced comfort and energy efficiency, utilizing free-phase technology. The VRV system should incorporate intelligent technology to dynamically adjust the speed of the indoor fan, compressor, and outdoor fan based on operating load and external temperature, optimizing efficiency. To ensure seamless operation and ease of maintenance, the compressor and VRV outdoor unit should be of the same make. The system should also support multi-site control via a single monitoring device from the same OEM brand and allow integration with other building equipment for centralized monitoring and management. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 52°C ambient temperature without tripping. The Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (ISEER) and COP @ 50% is 10.35. COP @100% is 3.35 shall not be less than of : ISEER value to be not less than 8.38 Note: INSIDE DESIGN CONDITION (Min temperature 22.0 Deg C and maximum temperature 25.0 Deg C, RH should be 50 % +/- 10 %. | |||||

| 2Design, manufacturing, supply, installation , testing & commiissioning of following air cooling by variable refrigerant volume modular type indoor units comprising of EEV & all accessories as per the specifications.
