1. Provision for raising height of compound wall and repairs of security cabin platform with applying paint for compound wall and security cabin including making locking arrangement, cutting, preparing, lifting, welding, fixing in position, transportation, all charges, etc. complete. (i) Provision for removing existing grill over the compound wall, without damage and carefully, all charges, etc complete.

(ii) Provision for earthwork excavation for platform of security cabin, etc. complete.

(iii) Provision for providing laterite ruble stone soiling of 10 thick cm for filling, leveling, ramming, watering and compacting including carrying, materials, etc. complete.

(iv) Provision for providing and laying 10 cm thick PCC (1:3:6) with 40 mm aggregate including carrying, materials, mixing, curing etc. complete.

(v) Provision for providing and constructing of laterite stone masonry in CM 1:4 for the rising height of compound wall and repairs platform of security cabin including mixing, lifting, carrying materials, curing, etc. complete.

(vi) Provision for fixing exist MS grill over compound wall including providing holdfast in CC 1:2:4 fixing, lifting, carrying materials, all charges, etc. complete.

(vii) Provision for providing 20 mm thick plastering in CM 1: 4 including mixing, lifting, carrying materials, curing, etc. complete.

(viii) Provision for providing and applying water proof cement paint in two coats to the new construction compound wall and security cabin platform including proper scraping, preparing the surface, carrying materials, etc complete.

(ix) Provision for providing and applying synthetic enamel painting in two coasts for compound wall MS grill and security cabin over a cost of primer including all charges, etc. complete.

2. Provision for providing and laying laterite stone pavement in cm (1:2) including lifting, carrying materials, mixing, curing etc. complete. (i) Provision for removal the hard soil to depth of 20 cm for laying stone pavement including disposal of material away from the site, etc. complete.

(ii) Provision for providing and laying P.C.C. in 1:3:6 with 40 mm metal chips for the laying stone pavement including mixing laying and consolidating etc complete.

(iii) Provision for providing and laying neatly dressed laterite stone by using size of stone (30 x 23 x15 cm) over the compacted PCC base including neatly dressing, carrying materials, curing etc. complete.

3. Provision for removal of the executed debris , vegetation on excavated structures and dressing of the area for even of the site including disposing the debris to a distance of 5kms away from the site including loading, unloading, transportation charges, etc complete with all charges.

4. Provision for repairs and de-silting of well, including removal of silt, pumping out the water away from the site, etc complete with all charges. (i) Provision for hiring water pump for dewatering of well for de-silting including diesel oil, pump fitting, etc, complete.

(ii) Provision for de-silting of well including all required tools & tackles like GI buckets, ropes, spades, shovels & safety gadgets for successful execution of work and lifting & stacking the same at designated place in measureable stack as per the direction of site in charge , etc, complete.

(iii) Provision for pointing of the well in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1lime:1 sand: 1 surkhi) including raking / removing damaged joints carefully , preparing lime mortar, mixing , carrying material, mixed with color, cleaning, curing , etc. Complete.

5. Provision for repairs gate and mesh of well- Supplying, preparing the grill frame for the well at the excavated site chandor for the safety purpose by removing/dismantling the old rusted grill / mesh frame including erection, dismantling the scaffolding, etc, and preparing the frame in MS angle in circular form and MS angle at 0.50m interval and MS square 12mm bars welded to the same and also mesh (1”x1”) for the whole frame including providing a door/opening with hinges, aldrop with locking arrangement, cutting, welding, applying two coats of paint over a coat of primer of approved colour and brand, etc complete.
