8842 REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND ALLIED WORK AT VIKRAM BATRA DCA MAP PHASE I JCOS OR S MD ACCN AND INF BN OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER AGE EM I OF GE SOUTH PUNE

Repair / maintenance of internal light fitting of any type like tube lights / wall bracket light fittings / ceiling lights / bulk head light / mirror lights etc in its position, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring etc, identifying and replacing the defective components like tube rod/batten, side holders, holders, lamps etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour only. (ii) Cost of spares like capacitor, lamp holder, connector, connection wire etc. replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below. (iii) The contractor/ his representative will report to concerned Engr-in- Charge / JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defects and will submit the completion report to the JE E/M/ Engr-In-Charge.In case contractor/ his rep do not receive complaint in morning, a recovery of Rs 50 per Complaint shall be recovered which remains pending due to non availability of contractor manpower.

(iv) Contractor will provide veh, ladder, any other tools & plants required at site at his own costs. (v) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded compliant register and complaint slip books duly signed by the user and bringing out the details of spares replaced and get it authenticated from concerned AGE/JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for. (vi) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of light fittings .

Taking down carefully existing point wiring any type (light/fan/socket) including all accessories wire, casing caping/conduit, screws etc and making good the disturbed surfaces complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLSH (multistrand) PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed cable and including surface, Non metalic rigid PVC casing capping double lock type/PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 25 mm with all fitting & other accessories and also including PVC insulated ISI marked unseathed FRLSH cable size 1.5 sq mm copper conductor as earth wire to common earth dolly including PVC box, suitable for switches, sockets, fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed , for the following :- Note:- Contractor shall make good all disturbed surfaces at his own cost without any extra claim.

One light/fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch

One Switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad

One switch socket outlet, three pin 5 amps on the same board

One light point controlled by two, two way switch

One Bell/Buzzer Per Points controlled by one bell push button

Description all as per item No.3.0 above but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor FRLSH cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly etc complete all as specified and directed.
