S&F Single pointed Air Termination aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including necessary fixing arrangement including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium Strip 25 x 3.00 mm complete with saddle and stainless steel screw, epoxy insulators for roof or down conductor or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required including making test point and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws with suitable 3 mm thick CRCA sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR Part -I 2009 connected to earting test point all as specified complete with excavation & earth work, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover (grade M-15) having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI marked watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe light grade ISI marked for protection of earth lead conductor complete all as specified and directed & testing on completion.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22, 8.5 metres long including erection, painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or primer complete including taking down old unserviceable PCC/Steel Pole complete all as specified and directed (Note Excavation earth work and PCC paid and measured seperately)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out any type soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling cable ducts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site Note : - Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and lay burnt brick sub class ‘B’ of standard size laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and directed

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology technique for 40-80 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade for cable protection , laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall for passing LT cables of sizes 40 mm dia including taking out old rusted pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying LT UG cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sq mm 2 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 13 above but 16 sq mm 4 core

Disconnecting & Taking down unserviceable security light fitting/ flood light fitting of any type/specification complete from the any type of pole, high mast for repair and replacement of burnt/worn out accessories where required, including repairs to u/s wiring, connection, minor spares like nut & bolt, connectors, screws, washers etc and reconnecting/refixing the same and testing complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Vehicle, ladder, tools & plants as required at site for repair/repalcement of light fittings shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost & arrangement. (ii) Spare required will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule of items and only minor spares like nut & bolt, connectors, screws, washers etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Contractor will deposit new material/ spares at subdivision for acceptance of Engr -in-charge & further issue to contractors rep based on day to day complaints.

All as per item No 15 above but without taking down the light fitting from its position & tightening the fitting rigidly in postion after necessary repair/replacement of spares parts all as specified & directed by Engineer-in Charge.

All as per item No 15 above but taking down the post top lantern/Bollard/Garden light fitting of any type from Gates/GI poles etc. for repair and replacemnt of burnt/worn out accessories for repair or removing from site all as directed.

Supply only electronic driver for LED street light, Post top lantern, Bollard/garden lights upto 30/35 watt of suitable size as per existing driver of light fittings complete all as directed. Note :- Driver should be as per existing size and make of light fitting.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, coping to pole for embedding stay road all as specified, including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping/platform all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded aggregate for making good surfaces in pole foundation, stay concrete etc all as directed

S&F Timer distribution board/street light panel outdoor type as per standard specification and suitable size of capacity 32/40A, (Min Load Capacity 6 KW) 230 volt 3 pole with astronomical/digital time switch, contactor, MCBs and out going terminal with necessary mounting arrangement as per sample including taking down U/S panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : height of the panel shoulld not less than 600mm from GL.

Supply and fix astronomical / digital timer switch 3 years 110 - 240 VAC suitable for controlled 3 Phase - 4 Wire 3 Channel including all necessary electrical connection in LT panel including taking down U/S timer switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
