Clearing the scrub jungle and disposing the debris to suitable place away from the site as directed by the engineer at site including all labour charges, hire charges for vehicle, tools and plants required, etc., complete.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2 m in all types of soil as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of tools and plants, labour charges, leads, lifts, transport, etc., complete.

Plastering in C.M 1:5, 12mm thick for wall surfaces including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and laying one side polished Cuddapah slab of 38mm thick for sitting bench top, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 160mm dia HDPE pipe (PN 6) of FINOLEX or equivalent approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, all specials such as 90 degree bend, shoes, clamps and screws, gratings, etc., making holes in masonry / concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour charges, lead, lift, scaffolding, T&P, personal protective equipments, other safety appliences, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 160mm dia PVC Cowl of approved quality as directed by the Engineer in charge for Downfall Pipes including cost of all materials, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour charges, lead, lift, scaffolding, T&P, personal protective equipments, other safety appliences, etc., complete.

Removing the aluminium glazed doors and stacking the same carefully for reuse including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, lead & lift, etc., complete.

Re-fixing in position of aluminium panelled fully glazed aluminium double leaf door of approved quality as detailed below and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all labour charges, leads and lifts etc., complete but excluding cost of materials except rubber beading. i)Vertical and horizontal posts: Aluminium section 63x38mm of thickness 2.45mm, ii) 5mm thick plain glass. iii) Aluminium beading on both sides of the shutters.

Supplying, Fabricating and Fixing in Position of MS fully panelled Door of single leaf of required size using 40X40X5mm MS Angles for door frame, 25X25X5 mm MS Angles for shutter frame by adopting 3Nos. horizontally and 2nos. vertically, top & bottom shutter covered with 18 Gauge MS sheet with MS 25X25X5mm, painting two coats over a red oxide, finished neatly as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, providing locking arrangements, holdfast, hinges, labour charge, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing and placing of RCC 1:1½:3 using 20mm HBG metal as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, shuttering, curing, etc, complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS/MS rod for RCC works as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of steel, labour charges, binding wire, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing two coats of Oil bound distember of approved quality and colour over one coat of primer to the wall surfaces as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, lead, lift etc., complete.
