Dewatering , bailing out or pumping out the stored water from pond complete in all respect as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extraction of silt sludge sand, boulder and other material including dewatering by pump, soring and dispose off the excavated material from the existing infilteration gallery in all leads and lifts and then disposing of all surplus excavated /extracted silt sludge sand and other material as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth work upto a lead of 20 metre in all kind of soil complete in all respect as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying stone pitiching on side slopes of guide banks, embankments and protection work complete in all respect as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete1:2:4 (1Cement :2 Sand:4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts

Providing and Laying heavy duty Precast Concrete 80mm thick Inter Locking Paver Block Vibro Compacted upto M-50 Grade i/c border or kerb block grey or coloured over sub base of Concrete with 60mm thick average thickness of Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with Pigment to match the shade of Block including curing rubbing and Polishing complete (sub-base concrete floor to be measured and Paid for seperately complete)

Excavation In drains & channels etc., in earth work,including dressing of side & bed anddisposing of excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side f brick/stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3( 1cement:3sand ) as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work, including cutting ,hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint :- In grating, framed ,guards,bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works(flat iron of size 25mmx5mm in longitinal 0.075 mm depth in logitradinal & width side in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation , trenches etc., in all kinds of soil such as pickwork, jumper work blasting work, in soft / hard rock, including chiseling wedging out of rocks clearance of bushes etc.including shoring, dewatering etc. in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil upto any lead and lift clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth , sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth within all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (IInd class) in foundation and plinth upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing interlinked chain fencing pannel of 1.20mtr.x 1.20mtr. having mesh size of 50x50mm size 3.15mm thck with the weight of wire 2.83Kg. Per Sqm.including the priming coat of red led paint complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick MS sheet garrage, door with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x 6mmangle iron 3.15mm MS gusset plates at junction and corners 25mm dia pulley 40x40x6mm angle and T.iron guide at the top and bottonm respectively , including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.Detail of cost for one double leaf door , size 2.4mx2.4m= 5.76 Sqm.omplete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing Laying, jointing and commissioning of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene pipes) of 160 mm outer diameter and class confirming to IS 4984-1995 with fusion welding process including all necessary fittings & bends in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately)

Constructing chamber for sluice valves with C.I surface box 100mm top diameter, 160mm bottom diameter and 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab1:2:4(1cement:2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and insideplastering with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing complete with 600x600x750mm inside size with 150mm thick wall of RCC 1:2:4 ( 1cement :2sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) complete with form work and reinforcment with 6mm bars at not exceeding 150mm centres both ways in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double flanged C.I sluice valve of 125 dia Leader/ Bir make (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780 (including brass spindleand as per IS: 2906 Class-II complete with bolts., nuts, rubber insertion etc. ( along with tail pieces if required) following dia including all leads and lifts complete. with M.S. flanges of table 5.

Laying jointing and testting of GMS pipe 125 dia (medium/ light class) for scour pipe, inlet pipe , over flow pipe & distribution system including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.( Labour rates.)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Squared rubble stone masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foun. & plinth including racking out of joints in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand ) in all leads & lifts

Stone/Boulder filling under floors/behind retaining walls in all leads and lifts.

Kota stone slab flooring20 mm (average) thick base of cement motor 1:4 (1cement :4sand) laid over & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab I/c rubbing & polising complete 25 mm thick as per entire satifaction of the Engineer -in -charge

Water fountaion for pond complete in all respects in all leads and lifts.

Wire crates made filled with boulders with square cut faces againstthe wire (wire crates to be measured and paid separately.)
