ARMO work 2024 25 Annual maintenance contract of fire fighting and fire alarm system at Aurangabad Airport for two years 2024 25 and 2025 26

Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Hydrant including all pumps, panels, cables, piping , Hydrants etc. , intelligent type analogue addressable Fire Alarm system and Sprinkler system including all pumps, panels, cables, piping, sprinklers etc. at Aurangabad Airport for all preventive maintenance and checks as per manufacturers manual including attending to complaints/ Faults/ break down and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working conditions of the system, maintenance of all records, documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including sundays and holidays and requirements of manpower as per special conditions of contract etc. as per requirements of AAI.

Providing manpower for maintaining/ carry out day to day office work related to the computers and official records on all days excluding sundays as required. The agency shall depute the manpower as per special conditions of contract etc. as reqired.

SITC of GSM SIM based Autodialer having mobile number and ladline number (minimum 8 entries) dialing facility compatible with conventional / addressable fire alarm panel complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of UL / EN listed (latest version) Conventional Smoke detector with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base and with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF / Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN (or polycarbonate) complete with connections etc. as required and to be installed below / above false ceiling roof and concealed space and as per enclosed specifications ,complete as required. (Cost of plug in common base shall deemed to be included in cost of detectors)

Supply and laying of 2 core , 1.5 sq. mm . Fire Survival cable , armoured copper conductor of 600/1000 V grade, insulated with specially formulated PVC , coated with special fire resistance materials and overall sheathed with special PVC, with special properties as Zero Halogen Low Smoke insulation Basic construction as per BS 7846 -2009 & cuircuit integrity as per BS 6387 C.W.Z/BS EN 50200.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of conventional fire alarm panel , LCD display, suitable for eight zones, complete with visual indications for short circuit fault, open circuit fault, fire condition and all other standard facilities as per IS:2189, complying relevant national fire alarm code for local fire alarm system , complete with all connections. The panel shall have input of 240 volts AC power supply, inbuilt automatic battery charger, 24 volts, 2 X 12 volts, 12 Ah sealed lead acid maintenance free batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal power backup & working, interconnections. The panel shall be UL listed & FM approved.

Supply & fixing of 63 mm dia Stainless Steel (Grade 304) female coupling suitable for connection with existing fire hydrant to the 63 mm dia hose pipe conforming to IS 903 suitable for instantaneous connection to interconnect hose pipe coupling etc. as required.

Supply & fixing of 63 mm dia Stainless Steel (Grade 304) short branch pipe with 20 mm nominal internal diameter size nozzle conforming to IS 903 suitable for instantaneous connection to interconnect hose pipe coupling etc. as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required. 80 mm dia

Supply of 63 mm dia, 15 mtr long RRL hose pipe (ISI marked) with necessary male and female stainless steel (Grade 304) couplings duly binded with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS - 636 (Type -A) complete as required.

Supply and fixing of hydrant head assembly complete with spindle , spindle rod , spindle cap , female coupler suitable to cnnect with 63 mm dia hose pipe with push lug and proper locking arrangement and the mecahnism should be mounted on heavy MS plate to connect with the existing Hydrant including gasket etc as complete as per the requirement.
