Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30m. And including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the doundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete.

Filling of Available excavated Earth including Lead & Lift etc all complete in direction of engineer I charge.

Supplying & filling of sand under floor includinng watering, ramming and all necessary T&P etc all complete in direction of enginee rin charge.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pitswall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external perimer of binding expansion joints,surroundings of pipes and conduit etc. complete(Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measuredas per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981) Aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Hepthachlor or chlordance will be used. The rateof applications of chemical emulsion shall be as Follows :- (1) Treatment for Masonary & foundatiion 5 Liters per Sq.m.(2) Back fill in immediate contract with foundation 7.5 Litres per Sq.M. (3) Treatment of Top surface of plinth filling 5 Litres per Sq.M. (4) Treatment of soil along External Perimerter of Building 7.50 Litres per Sq.M. (5) Treatment of soil under Apron Along extrnal Perimeter 5 litres per sq.M

Providing and laying in Cement concrete 8:4:1 of not less than strength of M150 stone ballast( 40 mm nominal size) 4 apprroved coarse sand :1 Cement and curing complete,including cost of form work in foundation and floors

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved srone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (1Cement: 6 aggregate) in Foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending & Shuttering but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved srone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (1Cement: 6 aggregate) in excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending & Shuttering but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20 Same as item above but for lighter beam (1:1.5:3)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved srone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 (1Cement: 6 aggregate) in excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending & Shuttering but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20 Same as item above but for Column (1:1.5:3)
