SM No : 275/7051/Misc/1999 (01 Nos) 1. Replace the gun metal(bronze alloy )bushesh for small up to 5 ton Each 01 2. Supply and installation of single phase preventer relay for protection of three-phase motor against phase failure and voltage unbalance, complete with wiring and testing as required Each 01 3. Providing and carrying out welding work of EOT crane hoist assembly including surface cleaning, edge preparation, alignment of parts, and welding of damaged/cracked portions of hoist frame, brackets or base using suitable electrodes (E6013/E7018) and approved welding procedure, complete with grinding, finishing, visual inspection, necessary scaffolding/arrangement, and testing to ensure proper strength and safe operation of the hoist, all as required Job 01 4. Wire rope lubrication with approved rope lubricant. Hook block sheave bearing greasing. Tightening of all accessible nuts and bolts. Inspection of wire rope for wear, bird caging, and corrosion. Brake gap checking and adjustment. Checking of limit switches (hoist up/down, CT, LT). Inspection of electrical panel for loose connections and overheating. Cleaning of crane, panel, and walkways and complete in all respect Job 01 6.
