Grouting of extra Stay Rods (16 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no., including supply, cutting, fabrication and fixing of guarding channel 75 x 40 x 3010 mm with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per drawing.

Chopping of branches of trees of Eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place.

Shifting, loading, carriage & Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Extra work for separation of Circuit i.e. Shiffiting the Existing Line from Vertical to Horizontal (By opening the winding from insulator and re-sagging the conductor from Vertical to Horizontal

Shifting of existing 11 KV line to give way to 33 KV line including complete work and small materials.
