Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for route of cable and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Protection to cable with one layer of bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Local tibba dry sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note Local approved tibba dry sand after removal of vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used for sand cushioning.

M & L GI tubing light grade for protection of cables with pole/ in ground of size 40mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by mean of GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to main switch board, testing on completion including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and bringing the same upto 30 cm above normal ground level with plug at top including pipe fittings etc complete and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI wire from earth pit to earth point complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 SSR Part-I.
