Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below:- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning of roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iit/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint on membrane @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm (each coat) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) PCC padding or rendering for leveling of undulations on roof shall be measured and paid separately (ii) For filling undulation or levelling either PCC or rendering shall only be allowed for payment purpose.

Note:- (i) PCC padding or rendering for leveling of undulations on roof shall be measured and paid separately (ii) For filling undulation or levelling either PCC or rendering shall only be allowed for payment purpose.

(b) Applying a coat of Bitumen, blown type, 85/25 grade on prepared surface of AC/Mangalore pattern roof . (c) Applying and laying 2 mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint on membrane @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm (each coat) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using 100% coarse sand over roof slab, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) WPC shall measured and paid seperately.. (ii) Wherever screed bed is provided, PCC padding shall not be provided.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound as in padding over roof slab, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) WPC shall measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the exposed concrete surface of floor/ wall/ chajja by brushing & watering and applying one coat of TAPECRETE P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious slurry consisting 1:2 (1 part of tapecrete : 2 parts of cement by weight) and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours, then applying second coat of 1.5mm thick tapecrete brush topping consisting 1:2:2 (1 part of tapecrete : 2 parts of cement : 2 parts of silica sand by weight) over the first coat and cured for next 2 days complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and removal of vegetation plant of girth not exc. 20cm with roots from the roof surface and making good to disturbed surface in CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as required at site including removal of same material to a distance not exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The work shall be executed up to 12.50m height of bldg with all safety measures and no extra payment shall be paid to contractor on this account.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other bands, plinth courses, string cources, lacing cources, parapets and railing upto 60cm in hight, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs, hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up or taking down PVC/AC/CI/SSW 100mm bore pipe drain pipes, set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, suitable for 110mm bore PVC pipes, fixed and jointed with solvent complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintel hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning all around at the mouth of existing rain water pipe properly at terrace, wetting and grouting with CM 1:4 and mixed with 3% water proofing compound, area of each grouting not exc. 0.10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in, built in CM (1:6) , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in, in CM 1:4, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, all as per directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, , finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair face of brick/concrete surfaces of ceiling, , finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete including all as directed.all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs 'E' board 600 x 600 x 4mm thick white, prelaminated sett embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped GI imposed grid with 24mm wide T sec exposed flanges which shall be pestered coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick GI sheet of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 1200 mm C/C securely fixed to be structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm C/C. Hanger of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved recoil plug, screw etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall. flash fitting of 1200 mm long cross tec (with double sticking) to be interlocked bet wean main runner at 0600 mm centre from 1200x600 mm to modules cross tec longer than 600 mm to be supported independency 600x600 mm do duels to be formed by filling 600 mm long cross tec centrally between the 1200 mm cross tec. Tec perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.
