Shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-42) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA SHEET & suitable frame work/ support made out of 40 x 40 x 5 mm Aluminium, front opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. The panel manufacturer should have following Govt. Approved Certificates: 1. CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 2. CPRI Short Circuit withstand strenght should be 50kArms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 105kA 3. CPRI Certification Rated current for short circuit not less than 4000 A with rated insulation voltage 660V 4. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core x 95 Sq mm. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Provision of suitable double crimpped lugs and glands deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply & Installation of Maintenance Free Earthing System consisting of a Copper bonded steel rod shall have 17.2 mm dia. & min. 10 feet length as per UL 467. The material shall have low carbon, high tensile steel molecularly bonded with 99.99% pure electrolytic grade copper thickness of minimum 250 microns with an exothermically welded Cu Busbar of (50X6X200mm) both tested by CPRI at 25 kA Fault Current carrying capacity. Copper Bonded Rod shall be UL listed. The manufacturer shall be RDSO approved to ensure the manufacturing capacity & capability along with the quality of the earthing rod. Along with a sealed bag of minimum 30 kg (10 kg Bag x 3) RoHS tested Earth Enhancement Compound tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity of not more than 0.12 ohm-m. It shall be a carbon based material and shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. It shall be a permanent, non-corrosive material and will not leach any chemicals into the ground. It shall retain moisture even in high soil resistivity areas. It shall lower an earth resistance value and shall offer a constant desirable performance. Including an Earth Pit cover shall be made of Poly plastic tested at 7.5 ton load for closing of earth.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches /under roads/ crossing or fixed to wall/ pole, GI tubing light grade of size 100mm bore for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 13 above but 50 mm

M&L for defect rectification high tension or LT cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additional excavation in normal alluvial strata required for exposing the cable fault ; removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 185 Sq mm three core. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified

M&L in repairs removing the UG cable for rectification of faults after fault detection excavating the area and Crimping with suitable ferrules/lugs or any other misc items providing suitable insulation tape and relaying complete after rectification of faults complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavated area shall be made good to original finish and no extra payment will be done on this account. The items like Lugs, Ferrules, nuts, bolts if any are deemed to be included in the rates quoted and no extra payment will be done on this account. Note: Item No 22 & 23 shall be attended immediately on intimtion by phone or SMS failing which an amount of Rs 5000/- per day after 2 days will be recovered as penality.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material/surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling river sand in trenches including spreading for cushioning of LT UG cable complete all as specified and as dirceted. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid .

M&L for sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid flat dry in trenches over cable, across the direction of cable complete all as specified & directed .

Dismantling and taking down existing LED light fittings with safty from pole bracket, depositing to MES store yard. S&F highly efficent LED street light made of pressure die cast aluminimum hosing with high power LED's, lens and toughened glass, potted driver and with efficacy of 120 lm/w, IP-66 cat part No. HLSLD-ML04-72-CWL-HL2-P 72 watt. Make: Halonix or equivalent model in CG, Havells, Bajaj.

Dismantling concrete poles any size complete and transporting and stacking in MES store yard properly and making good the disturbed surface incl refilling of soil and making good all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Rate of hydra and lorry is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in repairs and erection steel tubular swan neck pole type 410SP-31(9 Mtr long) complete with CI base plate,taper plug,bolts,nuts,and screws etc duly painted internally and externally with metal oxide anti corrosive paint before errection and painting with two coats aluminium paint after erection complete all as cofirming to IS 2713 (part-1 to 111) and complete all as specified and directed. Note: Painting of pole upto 1.5 mtr above the coping in different colours of alternate equal size of layers with blue and white in colour and marking of Serial No. of pole with yellow paint in black circle complete all as specified and dirceted deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for Foundation for Tubular swaged pole type including excavation , getting out, pole foundation with PCC type D2 1:4:8 (with 40 mm graded aggregate). Coping of pole with PCC type C1 1:3:6 ( with 20 mm graded stone agregate) and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and painting the coping with 2 coat of super enamel paint in two layers of blue and white complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and jointing in replacement of heat shrinkable straight through joint suitable for LT 1100 volts XLPE cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and jointing in replacement of heat shrinkable straight through joint suitable for LT 1100 volts XLPE cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole including cable protection pipe and all iron parts of 9 mtr long pole complete with 2 coats of aluminium paint after cleaning all rust and dust and preparing surface with wire brush and including strips of white and red colour of synthetic enamel paint up to the height of 1.5 mtr from the bottm of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of old unserviceable pole box with new weather proof street light junction box of size 250 x 140 x 95mm and connecting terminals 4 way and fixing with street light poles using necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts washers, lugs for incoming and out going cables, gland for cable etc of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Hensel/Sintex/Universal Switch Gear control.

Material and labour for PVC flat twin core 4 sq mm aluminium wire 1100 volt grade laid in 20 mm dia medium grade rigid PVC conduit (and fixing brackets on PCC pole) from Loop-in-loop out junction box to light fitting terminal complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- PVC conduit shall be clamped properly with suitable clamps and no extra payment will be done on this account.

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle section of GOD, Lightening arresters, DO fuse etc complete and depositing to E/M yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete (demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix automatic timer switch with switches ON/OFF the street lights base on lux level of natural light current rating 40 Amps, 220 Volts, 50 Hz. The sensor based timer should also have over voltage and low voltage trip with auto reset facility the sensor alongwith suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof electric shock proof termite proof and FR grade special moulding compounds confirming to IP 54. The contactor MCB and circuit wiring shall have enough capacity to take load of 12 KW equally distributed over 3 phase complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Healer/Universal Swtich Gear/Kakatiya
