Material and labour for preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of GRADE VG-10 @ of 5 Kg per 10 sqm of road surface ,complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder (grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne capacity vibratory road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder (grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne capacity vibratory road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads/path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ of 5 Kg/10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Road marking with reflective thermoplastic screed 2.5mm thick using themoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (white or yellow) including admixture layer of glass beads conforming to BS-6088 and MOST specification by using automatic mechanical road marking machine including cleaning of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as directed make : Asian paints/Shivalik Prismo India pvt Ltd/Reliance.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting by power roller Exc 8 tonne & n. exc 12 tonne completed all as spesified and as directed.

150 mm (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulder or quarried stones (Granite or trap or basalt) of size range 50 mm to 100 mm, deposited, spread , leveled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed and consolidated to required gradient and camber rolled the surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick (compacted thickness) wet bound macadam in two layers of 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) each, with crushed stones/aggregates (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, watered, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surface with gunny bags/mechanical air compressor to remove all dirt,dust etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil & removal excavated material n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as spesified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Continuous birck edging with old size bricks with width equal to the width of brick, laid dry on end vertically including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks burnt, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer in soft/ disintigerated rock complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified .

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.
