PART-I M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterlization of inside Semi under ground sump of capacity 10000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC-G5/LIQSOL-TC ISO certified and ultravoilet ray. Seven stages are as under follows :- 1.First stage is to drain out the water by using exist valve or our own high capaity dewatering capacity. 2. Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC-G5/LIQSOL-TC ISO certified laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the watts of the tanks. 3. Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. 4. Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is degermification by using TERBAC-G5/LIQSOL-TC ISO certified Govt Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. 5.Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. 6. Sixth Stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. 7. Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded ISO certified cleaning liquid TERBAC-G5/LIQSOL-TC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Supply and fixing well cap in two parts made out of mild steel sheet 3 mm thick for covering tube well internal dia 300 mm x varrying depth 0.50 M to 1.25 M duly welded with locking arrangement making holes for passing 6 sq mm flat submersible cable complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting of delivery water pipe line of bore wells having various depths varying between 120 to 200 mtr by removing electric connections carefully from the existing submersible pump sets of capacity 7.5/15HP taking out the defective pump set from the bore well alongwith MS column pipes size of 80mm dia, submersible cable, transporting to the civil workshop, carrying out repair work and replacement of worn out spares ,re- fixing of serviceable spares assembling the pump set complete, testing of pump set, lowering the pump set inside the bore well after repairs, including connecting back the water mains and electric connections commissioning of pumpset for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : a) The spares (supply only) required for repairing the pump sets and rewinding of motor will be measured and paid seperetely under respective item. b) Consumable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials lubricants , gland packing metal filling , machining and transportation from site to work shop are deemed to be included in rate quoted.

M&L Rewinding of 3 ph ,415 V vertical submersible motor of following capacity with insulated copper conductor winding wire of same guage as existing weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the windings and connecting the coils and bringing the connections as that of exisitng including testing. Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.

Supply and lay submersible copper conductor cable flat ,1100 volts grade ,3 core ,6.0 sqmm PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor as per IS:694 including cutting to required length with necessary end ferrules / water proof joints including taking down of u/s submersible cables. M&L for Taking down old U/S MS structure framed and replacement with structural steel as required at site including fabrication ,welding etc all as specified and directed

Development of existing bore well at pump House no -4,6,7, 8,9 &11 . Following steps has to followed:- (a) Opening of all electric connection from the submersible motor, opening of all nuts, bolts and washers etc and taking out the flanges /socketed GI/CI bend of dia 80/100 mm dia bore. (b) Lifting / taking out the GI column pipe of dia 80 /100 mm bore with submersible motor and pump with the help of block chain pulley of length each 10 feet long. ('c) Lifting / taking out the GI/MS column pipe of dia 150mm bore with vertical turbine motor and pump with the help of block chain pulley of length each 10 feet long . (d) Connectingand lowering the air compressor pipe of dia 50 mm having length of each pipe 10 feet and lowering gradually upto the length of 250 feet. (e) Running the diesel driven turbinepump / compressor machine loaded in the head truck with the help of compressor tubes and prouncing into dusty water from the bore well as a result making all blocked stainer in open position upto the depth of 250 feet gradually, running the compressor and motor found sand free, neat and clean to work out the yield of tube well. (f) The turbine pump / Compressor has to run at least 08 Hours and till the time clean water of portable quality free from sand / mud is obtained as directed by Engr - in - Charge. The cleaning of the bore well by over pumping should be done for 15% to 25% higher discharge than expected from the bore well. (g) Reassembling / Refixing and connecting complete fittings, loweringof submersible pump into water incl connection of all electrical and testing to maintain reuired yield for suitable pump of capacity wise and testing the water in govt approved lab after flushing and report submitted by the contractor before completion of work complete all as specified and to satisfaction of Engr - in - Charge.

Supply only calcium based granular chlorination chemical having the percentage of chlorine content not less than 70% complete all as specified and directed. Make: Rayalseema or Equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for servicing of altoch dozing system including replacement of old UNSV low level option switch, tubings, push button, pressure indicator,NRVs, anti syphon valve etc including cleaning of FRP solution container complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of water from approved Govt lab for potability by doing chemical analysis as per norms of WHO/BIS and submission of test reports to Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Nylon rope for hanging of submersible Pumpes of size 20 mm dia

M&L for MS ERW Pipe, 80mm dia 3.0 metre Long, as in Column Pipe fixed with 2 No. MS Flange including Welding (both Inside and Outside) and providing New Nuts, Bolts and Washers of 20mm dia 80mm Long with Spring Washer and Rubber Packing including Lowering in to Bore Well, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down the existing Unsrviceable LT Panel board, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made CPRI approved LT Panel board pre-wired, indoor type of suitable size made out of CRCA sheet of 2mm thick with suitable size of angle iron frame duly painted with powder coating over a coat of red oxide primer all over totally enclosed weather, dust and vermin proof with front and rear openable doors with locking arrangement suitable for 3 phase 4 wire LT AC, 50 Hz, 415 Volts with aluminium bus bar 200 amps as per manufacturer guide lines for installing the panel board complete for accommodating the following accessories. INCOMING (a) MCCB 100 amps, four pole ,25 KA 01 No Make - Havells/ L&T/ C&S or eqvlnt. OUTGOING (a) MPCB suitable for 3ph 15HP/11 KW elect motor -01 No. Make- BCH/L&T/C&S or equivalent (b) Automatic Star Delta starter for 15 HP submersible pump set - 01 No Make - L&T/Havells/C&S or equivalent. (c) On load change over switch 100 Amps , 4 pole - 01 No Make - Havells/L&T/C&S or equivalent. (d) LED Multi function meter - 01 No Make -Havells/L&T/C&S/AE or equivalent. Material and labour painting with two coats of desired synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer after preparation of external surface of ladders, pipe line of raising mains, delivery mains, wash out ,overflow pipe line of OH reservoir and related pipe line of tank by scrapping of existing paint all as directed including arrow mark showing water flowing direction.

M&L Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick,buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground Level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanised ironStrip of size 25x 4.0 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc, GI earth lead strip duly protected by 20 MM dia GI pipe (light grade) and 20 MM GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs, PCC (1:3: 6) type C1 as in concrete pit,50mm thick precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 as in cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both way and two nos lifting handle made cut of 10 mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4),funnel,and salt,in alternate layer,testing etc complete and as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including taking down old earthing pit.

PART-II Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring including sunken MS boxes (light, fans, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,call bell, pendants, regulators, socket etc by unscrewing from board carefully and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed .

M&L Point wiring for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with two runs of FR grade PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (phase & neutral) and one run of 1.5 Sqmm FR grade PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor as for earth continuity wire to be drawn in and including PVC casing & caping ( medium grade) not less than 25 mm width with fittings & fixtures including MS sheet metal switch / terminal box 1.22 mm thick upto (200x300)mm size duly covered with backelite sheet cover 3.00mm thick and continutiy conductor shall be connected to common earth and earth dolly and making good disturbed surface to walls complete all as specified & directed . Disconnecting electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down ceiling fan of any type/size and make, removing dust & other substances from bearing, bush by using kerosene oil, carrying out fresh lubrication using grease and to make the ceiling fan noise free for smooth functioning (including labour for replacement of worn-out / unserviceable like capacitor, connector, canopy, bearing, down road, PVC cable etc), replacement of split pin, nut, bolts,screws,washers and assembling the repaired ceiling fan including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour code including writing MES No with black synthetic enamel paint complete including testing hanging the ceiling fan as its own position, connection with point wiring complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only items here-in-after.)

All as per item No. 76 here in before but for exhaust fan 300 mm/380mm sweep.

Rewinding of the motor of AC ceiling Fan of any make and size (1200 / 1400 mm sweep) with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturers specification, including replacement of Shaft,two nos bush/ball bearings , all insulation materials, varnishing heating, drying, assembling of stator & rotor etc including including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour code including writing MES No with black synthetic enamel paint and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.78 above but for exhaust fan of any make / type and size 300 mm/380mm sweep.

Supply only PVC holder stand for capacitor of ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep.

Supply only capacitor 230 Volts AC 50 HZ and rated capacity 2.5 MFD for ceiling fan.

Supply only capacitor 230V AC 50 HZ and rated capacity 3.15 MFD for exhaust fan.

Supply only PVC canopy suitable for ceiling fan of any type / make for both end of down rod all as directed.

Supply only PVC insulated, sheathed twin twisted stranded copper conductor flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for ceiling fan.

S&F 'S' type MS hook and clamps MS flat iron of existing size after taking out old rusted hook & clamp etc.for hanging/fixing of ceiling fan including cemented work all as specified & directed.

Supply only MS anodized bolts with anodized nuts, spring washers split pin etc size 50 mm long 10 mm dia half threaded type with split pin hole for hanging of ceiling fan.

Supply only down rod of suitable size including gromet/ reel type rubber pad with clamp & bolts, nuts and washers suitable for housing ceiling fan.

S&F in repairs louvers shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2mm thick for round base and 0.8mm thick for flaps confirming of mounting edges frames made of MS Flat of size 25mmx3mm including heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts, of size 50mm long 8mm dia to be fixed on wall after drilling and duly painted by two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhaust fans up to size 380 mm sweep.

Supply and fixing Metallic Fan Blade suitable for Exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep all as directed.
