Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position:

Superior hard wood of cat-II (A).

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick glazed shutters for windows with superior hard wood Cat-II (A) as per IS: 401 using 7.5 Kg/sqm (4 mm thick) glass panes including oxidised M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws etc., complete as per the directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors i/c oxidised MS butt hinges with necessary screws with superior hard wood Cat-II (A) as per IS: 401 i/c panelled with 12 mm thick marine ply (BWR) conforming to relevant specification with wooden cleats and blocks as per the directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of truss, purlins, rafter and wrought framed fixed in position:

Superior hard wood cat-II (A).

Providing cement concrete surface drain including earth excavation 10 cm thick base concrete with 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) finished with 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including a floating coat of neat cement inside the drain and its top and exposed surface including earth work in excavation and disposed of surplus earth.

Schedule of credit Notes: 1) All quantities shown are provisional. 2) Tenderers are advised to inspect the old material/item at site and ascertain their condition. It shall be deemed that the contractor has made himself well aware and ascertained the condition of these items, whether he inspects them or not. No claim whatsoever on this account shall be admissible by the Government. 3) The items as indicated in this schedule shall be the property of the contractor and shall not be used in new work. The total amount of credit shall be deducted from total of schedule to arrive at contract sum. 4) Amount of credit shall be recovered from the contractors RARs and then only retrieved material under this schedule will be allowed to be removed from site/store by the contractor. Serviceable material/items other than shown here-in-below obtained from demolition/taking down if any, shall remain the property of the Government and the contractor shall deposit the same with the Engineer-in-charge as directed and debris/unserviceable material shall be disposed off the site as per his direction without any extra cost of the Government. 5) The Accepting Officer shall reserve the right to retain any or the full quantity of demolished/dismantled materials which in his opinion is serviceable. However, the recovery shall be affected only for the quantities issued to the contractor under this schedule. 6) The rate quoted is firm and the contractor shall have no claim whatsoever the case may be, if the actual value of dismantled materials turns out to be different.
