Sweeping and cleaning of switchyard II south & north road including collection of debris, garbage, fly ash, paper waste, dry leaves and other litter etc. and disposing the same into nearby dustbins, at two cleanings per week as instructed by the Engineer incharge, including cost of labours, lead, lift, broomsticks, gunny bags, safety tools and appliances etc. complete.
Cleaning and desilting of switchyard II drains including collection of debris, garbages, fly ash, dry leaves, removal of weeds growth, sand, etc. to ensure free flow of water in the drains and disposing the same away from the site with a maximum lead of 1Km, including cost of labours, conveyance & lead charges upto 1Km, loading and unloading, initial head load lead, tools and plants, vehicle hire charges, etc. complete and these drains to be cleaned once in a month.
Regular maintenance of the existing lawn trees and gardens infront of switchyard II for an approximate area of 865sqm. by daily watering, cleaning and disposal of fallen dry leaves, plugging of extra grass, pruning of tree branches falling on switchyard II building walls, etc. including labour charges, leads, lift, tools, water hoses, scissors, etc. complete.
