Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Cement Concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc . Complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including base concrete and including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by the Engineer -in-charge with in a distance of 60m.

Brick work with common burnt clay non modular bricks of class 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

P / L of 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on both side plastering finished even & smooth 1 cement : 6 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc.

Providing and applying plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing walls with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone Additves of Required shade: of required shade: New work (two or more coat applied @1.43 Ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm.)
