Material and Labour for Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blended with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1), grade confirming to IS :8887 at atthe rate of application of 0.2-0.30 kg/sqm) using emulsion pressure distributor as specified inTable 500-5 of MORTH specification using mechanical sprayer on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as specified in complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100 mm complete all as directed.

Providing and laying and consolidating 50mm thick premix Dense Bituminious Macadam (DBM Grading -II) using min 4.50% VG-30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregates gradation as per Grading 2 table 500-10 of MORTH specification and transporting to hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achieve upto desired compaction complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen of VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Bituminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes complete all as directed. (Make: Asian Paints or equivalent makes as specified in CA)

Supply and Fixing in repairs metal tubular delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PAMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic paste 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing in 100% water proof solar road delineator pole mounted (Pole size 48mmX1000mm duly powder coated) fixed in repairs fixing the same in M 15 grade (type-I) block of size 20x20x30cm(deep) complete all as directed. Make:- DA-112 of Dark eye or equivalent of Sun Eyez/ M/S Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd./M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd/3M

Supply and Fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Monor ystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Moorum/red bajri of 100mm thick spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including watering etc complete all as directed.
