SCHEDULE `A' PART -I (Resurfacing of helipad) : Supply and laying of one layer of high density polythene sheet (transparent colour) 400 micron thickness as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over DBM layer with side and end overlapping not less than 300 mm all as approved by GE. Notes: (i) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping complete all as specified and directed.

Pavement Quality Cement Concrete (PQC) work in pavement/ Hard standing of flexural strength 4.0 MPa in field using minimum 360 Kg(for OPC)/ or 425 Kg (for PPC) of cement per cubic metre or as per deisgn mix, (thickness of concrete 200 mm) mixed with triangular/ non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in IRC: 15( latest revision) and mix at batching mixing plant, spread with slip form paver, compaction to gradient and camber required and all as specified in para 20.B.7 & sub para 20.B.7 of MES Schedule Part I and all as specified in IRC:15-2011 & NORTH (5th Revision) including)

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints, cutting with diamond cutter to a depth of 100 mm and 3mm wide initially and top 25mm portion cut to 8mm wide to accommodate polyethylene rod 8mm wide and sealant , provision of closed cell polyethylene rod of 10 mm dia sealed with (13mm depth minimum above polyethylene rod) polyeurethane sealant complying with BS 5212 (For type 'FB' fire & fuel resistance) & BS 4254 and EN-141875 - 2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test) priming the sides with two coats and with minimum MAF ± 30% (with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing masking tape after the application of sealant by mechanical means and all as specified in IRC-15 and as directed.

Forming construction joint, 25mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond cutter), applying one coat of white wash to the exposed vertical faces of slab, providing polyethylene rod 12mm dia and sealed with Polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth above polyethylene rod shall be of 13 mm) complying with BS: 5212 (For type 'FB' fire & fuel resistance) & BS : 4254 and EN- 141875 - 2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test), priming the sides, minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF)±30% with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means and all as specified in IRC-15 complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing the concrete pavement surfaces by mechanical brooming/ belting all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Painting line dashes (continuous/un-interrupted) arrows letters on pavement of runway exc 10 cm width with Two coats of acrylic water base road marking paint including preparation of surface all as specified and directed.

M&L writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high in synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality of specified make over a coat of primer including preparation of old or new surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SCHEDULE `A' PART -II (Road Side Drain): Earth work in mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto, 1.5 m incl getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl the cost of centering & shuttering in CM 1:4:8 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl the cost of centering & shuttering in CM 1:3:6 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in surface channels and drainage

15mm Cement Plate in coarse sand with CM 1:4

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundation, footing, bases etc
