Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables/pipes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches including punning the sand upto 18 cm thick and consolidated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ common burnt, bricks old size, designated '75', laid dry, flat with length of bricks laid across the length of cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI pipe 40 mm bore 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI pipe 50 mm bore 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 80 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying ,laying, commissioning, jointing & testing 10 Sqmm , 4 core XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including taking down existing cable complete all as specified & directed.

Boring holes for Insertion of 80/50/40 mm dia GI pipe under PCC Road/ Taxi track/ hard standing not more than 12mm deep complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Cost of equipments tools & plants, material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted above. (ii) GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / disconnecting existing unserviceable ACSR conductor on overhead lines on LT/HT poles, of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/unsv/rusted including S&F of steel tubular pole 410-SP 31(9.0m long pole) complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws complete including dismantling of exsiting pole alongwith PCC foundation of pole all as specified including consisting of following works:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & 1.57 mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavated of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation 900mmx600mm cross section and planting depth 1.5 mtr for concrete encasing the pole upto GL complete all as specified and directed.

(c) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for plinth block/collar above GL 500mm high and 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed. (d) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5mm above plinth block. (e) M&L for writing letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of apprised shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed. Supply, fixing ( in replacement ), connecting to electrical system & testing of LT panel board ,cubical type for out door use, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet factory made, totally enclosed of suitable size and supported with 4 Nos MS Angle legs , duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gaket and sealed mounted on PCC blocks double door type with locking arragnedment with handle at front and openable at front &back bothe side with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :- (a) High conductivity aluminium busbar (Set of 4 strips), 4 Nos TPN of suitable rating ,(RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set. (b) Phase indication lamp, LED type(set of 3) -1 Set. (c) Digital multifunctional panel meter with CTs etc. Make : L&T/Seimens/Schnieder.

Supply & fix in repairs cable looping box shock & rust proof of external dimension 230mm x 170mm x 105 mm including provision of 4 way heavy duty PVC insulated connector of suitable size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE: Sintex cat No. GSJB-2014 or equivalent in Legrand/Havells/Hensel.

S&F in repair 1.5 Sq mm 3 core FR PVC insulated stranded copper conductor wire for 1100 V grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing GI pipe electrode earthing of high conductive, corrosion, CPRI tested manitenance free earthing pit to achive earth resistance value less than or equal to 3 Ohm & EN Voltage <2V, pipe in pipe technology based in which primary conductor (GI Pipe) having 40MM dia is inserted into secondary conductor having 80mm dia GI pipe. The primary conductor is inserted into secondory conductor are space between secondary and primary conductor of earthing electrode should be filled with crystalline compound.
