M&L for frame work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Service Charges for Carrying out the 'B' Check maint from authorised rep or service engineer from the manufacturer of DG set of Engine Greaves/Kirloskar/Cummins of 250/350 KVA capacity incl checking of vibration damper, checking turbocharger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacment of filters, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold capscrews, checking of fan hub & water pump, toping up level the existing engine oil, coolant top up and in replacement, supplying & fixing of following spares :- (a) Kit, fuel filter and ring - 2 Kit (b)Element for Lubrication oil filter - 2 Nos. (c) Kit, Element of super bypass filter - 01 Kit (d) Seal, O Ring - 02 Nos Note :- 'B' check shall be carried out on running of 500 hrs or three months which ever is earlier.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm of the sand after laying the cable but will be measured 18 cm after punning etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks well burnt sub class B (old pattern) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of bricks complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for dismantling the defective alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and Engine after removing all electrical connections transporting to workshop, removing the old wornout burnt wiinding and rewinding the stator assembly with super enameled copper wire, applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class baking in oven re-assembling the alternator after transporting back to site re-installing the same carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. Note : - (a) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include any other item/spare not mentioned herein but essentially required for fully functional of the alternator. (b) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces of foundations. (c) The DG set shall be tested for the duration of 4 hours to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.
