Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five m-sand) 12mm thick including curring etc ., complete

Special plastering with cement mortar1:3( one cement and three m-sand )10mm thick for the exposed faces of RCC works inculding hacking curring etc., complete

Paving the floor with descrigned coloured Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Paving the Toilet wall tiles coloured Dadoing tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three m-sand) 20mm thick and pointed with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Painting the walls with two coasts with first class quality Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming cost, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The Rate includes cost of brushes, Sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishung etc. complete complying with standard specification ( for Inner & Outer Side)

Painting two coats for new iron works such as iron bars flats and orhers similar works etc., complete complying with std specification

Weathering course using concrete broken brickly 20mm gauge in pure laked lime over Rcc Roof slab in proportion of 32:12 ½ wek setean by wooden treater for giving required slope eh complete

Finishing the top or roof with one course of machine Aessed tiles of size 23 x 23 x 2 cm of approved Quality laid in cement mortan 1:3 (one cement, three m-sand) mixed with water proof compound @ 2% by weight of cement used and pointed with same mortan etc., complete

Supplying, fabrication, erecting and fixing GYP board false ceiling height of 4.5m frame floor level using perforated sheet 10mm tk and 50mm thick glass wool , etc. the rate is inclusive cost of Putty work complete , two coats plastic emulsion paints over one coat of all materials and joining cmpounds, labour charges scoffolding charges and all accessories etc, . all materials should be got approved by the E.E before use on work.

Providing and fixing of Front counter top of 2'-6" wide granite top, Cash Counter 2'6" Wide and 8'3" height Aluminum Mess . Front drawer unit consisting 2 Nos of drawer units slides on telescopic slider made up of 19mm tk Plywood with locking arrangement. The exposed edge surfaces are to be finished with 1.0mm tk laminates as per design of approved shade and the inner surface is painted with two coat of enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer .( including Cash counter Partition , Aluminium Cabinet , Doors & Electrical works etc., complete)

Supplying installation of the 2.0 Ton Air Conditioner with remote controlled (wireless) split Air Conditioner with advanced feature like automatic restart after power failure vertical and horizantal autoswing vide 2 angle lover electranic cantrol and digital display indelligent feature anti corrosive noise free and advanced anti baeteria air purifying fitted with one year warrantee of all parts and five year arrantee for compressor alone with standard specification including tax etc., (electranic voltage stabilizer)

Fabrication supply and erection of angles iron roof truss using M.S specials structural steel sections for trusses conforming to IS -800-1962 and is 808-1957 inculding two coats of red oxide primer or anti corrosive treatment one at ground level before erecting and another after erection.

Supplying and laying of Gal volume sheet 0.47 mm thick of approved quality for roofing with edges are made for crimbing necessary U or J bolts and unts bitumen GI washers etc., complete complying with standard specification.
