SITC of 4 TR, floor mounted Tower type spilt Air-conditioner with remote operation having refrigerant R-32/R 410/R 407a/equivalent Non CFC as per latest standards suitable for 415 V, +/- 10 %, 50Hz, 3-Ph A.C. supply, capable of performing cooling, dehumidifying, air-circulating, filtering etc., interconection between indoor and out door units including installing the outdoor by making PCC foundation/M.S. Stand, minor civil works as per the site conditions and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of Copper Piping of size suitable for 4 TR floor mounted Split AC units as per manufacturer's recommendations along with insulation, wrapping between indoor and out door etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of multi core copper cables of size suitable for 4 TR floor mounted Split AC units as per manufacturer's recommendationsfor connections between indoor and out door units etc. complete as required.

Supply and Laying of Hard PVC pipe of 40 mm dia (ISI marked) in the floor/wall by cutting the wall, providing MS clamps for the PVC pipe and making good the damages same as original etc. complete as required.

SITC of BEE 5 Star, 1.5 TR Hi-wall Inverter type Split Air conditioners with 4 kVA voltage stabilizer operating on refrigerant R-32/ R-410A/ R-407A/equivalent Non CFC refrigerant as per latest standards suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, Single phase, capable of performing cooling, dehumidifying, air-circulating, filtering etc., interconection between indoor and out door units including installing the outdoor by making PCC foundation/M.S. Stand, minor civil works as per the site conditions and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete as required.

Extra for supply and fixing of following for interconnections between evaporator unit and condensing unit (for beyond standrd length provided by mfg.) for 1.5 TR AC, as required as per OEM. i. 1/4"dia copper pipe with insulation or as per OEM. ii. 1/2" copper pipe with insulation or as per OEM. iii. Power Supply cable as per OEM.

Providing and laying of 25 mm UPVC drain pipe for with necessary saddles complete etc. as required.

SITC of Heavy Duty AC Timer for cyclic operation of Air Conditioners, Automatic Switch Over with Minimum Switching Time 4 Hour, 2 Programming Channels suitable for 1.5 TR Split Acs, Single phase, 50 Hz etc complete as required. (Make Carrier or equivalent)

SITC of water dispenser with Inbuilt RO purifier having minimum 03 Faucets (1 Hot, 1 Cold & 1 Normal), 50 LPH purification capacity with min. water storage capacities Hot - 1.1 Ltrs., Cold - 3.3 Ltrs., Normal - 8 Ltrs., auto sanitization of Storage Tank, using Refrigerant R-134 A Green Gas or equivalent, including providing & making inlet, drain connections with existing points within the room etc. complete as required (Make - Zero B, Model - Icy Hot Jumbo RO Hot-Cold-Normal with Display or equivalent).
