Providing, supplying and laying polyethylene sheet 250 microns thick (conforming to ASTM D-4397) having an overlap of 75mm in transverse and longitudinal direction as directed. The sheet shall be uniform in width and thickness and free from defects such as pin holes, air bubbles, stains etc. The sheet shall be laid flat over the PCC broomed sub-base prior to concreting of grade slab. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ? 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of aluminium panel false ceiling of approved colour consisting of long perforated panels having perforation with 2.0 mm dia and 5mm center to center and pasted with non woven tissue on the back side, 300mm wide x 30 mm deep x 0.7mm thick or any other approved size with bevel edge and length up to 6.0 metre. The panels are made from corrosion resistance aluminium alloy AA 3005 (Al. Mg) (for higher strength and good roll forming characteristics) sheet chromatised for maximum bond between metal and paint, enamel painted twice under high temperature, one side with a full primer and finish coat and the other side (inner side) with a primer coating and Skin Coat on a Continuous Paint Line. Panel shall be fixed by clipping to panel carrier of size 41.5mm wide x 62mm deep x 0.95mm thick in standard length of upto 5 metre made of doubled baked black enamelled aluminium alloy AA 5050 (Al. Preparation & submission of test reports including assessment of the safe bearing capacity of the rock strata and establish settlement using elastic theory including printing of reports and relevant drawings as described in specifications in triplicate along with electronic version of the report. i) The rate shall include the cost of all materials, plant, mobilisation & demobilisation of equipment, inclusive of taking approval from the Engineer, Setting out final positions of boreholes, labour, taking out samples, grouting the bore holes using approved grout mixture, laboratory testing, submission of reports etc. all as directed by the Engineer & as enumerated above. CONFIRMATORY FIELD INVESTIGATIONS : Conducting confirmatory field investigation as detailed hereinafter at founding level after exposing the founding rock strata as approved by the Engineer and as detailed herein below. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, plant, mobilisation & demobilisation of equipment, inclusive of taking approval from the Engineer, Setting out final positions of test locations, labour, taking out samples etc. all as directed by the Engineer & as enumerated above. : CONFIRMATIVE GEOLOGICAL INVESTIGATIONS : Carrying out confirmative Geological Investigations and all allied work at founding level after exposing the founding rock strata.
Conducting confirmatory field investigation as detailed hereinafter at founding level after exposing the founding rock strata as approved by the Engineer and as detailed herein below. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, plant, mobilisation & demobilisation of equipment, inclusive of taking approval from the Engineer, Setting out final positions of test locations, labour, taking out samples etc. all as directed by the Engineer Geological mapping of founding strata and excavated surfaces : Cleaning, washing and removal of loose materials by compressed air and brush and conducting geological mapping on hard rock or weathered rock at founding levels by a qualified geophysicist and submission of final reports in triplicate and soft copy (CD) complete as directed by the Engineer. Mapping shall include horizontal, inclined and vertical surfaces
Providing and casting Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete in any size and thickness in M30 grade concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max.size including cost of admixtures, crushed sand / manufactured sand conforming to latest IS : 383, handling & transportation, mechanical mixing & vibration, finishing, curing etc.complete as per specifications including formwork and shuttering, scaffolding / staging, all lifting & hoisting arrangements, casting arrangements such as providing & constructing working platform (for precast units) & stacking yard including levelling of ground, soling, PCC etc. all complete. Reinforcement steel, lifting hooks & structural steel sections for inserts, sleeves, frame, nosing etc. shall be measured & paid under separate items.
Providing and laying in position PLUM Concrete with 70 % cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) and 30% 150 to 230 mm size soling stones spreading uniformly as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering complete at all levels
CONSOLIDATED GROUTING : Carrying out Consolidated Grouting & all allied work at founding level after exposing the founding rock strata. Drilling 48 mm dia. holes in rock by wagon drill including cleaning of holes by water/ air jetting etc. up to 6 m below the founding level.
Conducting percolation test in the drill holes at the desired pressure, including water supply arrangements and necessary accessories etc. complete including the use of packers as approved by the Engineer. Note : The lugeon value to be achieved shall be less than 1. Up to 6 m depth
Carrying out consolidation grouting (upto specified depth from the founding level and surrounding area) of holes (of specified dia.) by injecting grout with cement (or cement mixed with mineral fillers of fluidifiers) at required pressure including the supply and use of mechanical packers to improve the founding rock strata to achieve the lugeon value less than 1 and conforming to IS : 6066, including cost of cement and maintenance of all technical records, Incidental works, materials complete. The consolidation grouting shall be done in stages as approved using cement grouts of approved mix and grout pumps of capacity /pressures as approved by the Engineer. Note : 1) The mode of payment shall be on the basis of the actual quantity of cement consumed in kg. 2) The item shall include for removal of packers as specified.
