Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of underground cable, electric pole, in hard/dense soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling, including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material i.e soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying and 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note :- 1. Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2. Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M & L Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation of poles, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 80mm bore `Light grade` GI tubing ISI marked with cutting as required and bend to shape for fixing with electric poles as cable protection fixed on pole or laid in trenches under floor,duct etc with fixing clamps,nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type, Step down transformer, 33 KV/415 Volts, (at Full load) AC 3 Phase 50 HZ, 400 KVA Capacity core type , double copper wound, oil immersed , naturally cooled, oil natural Air Natural (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connnected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having taping at ±2.5% & ± 5% on HV side to be charged by means of hands operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measurement by resistence method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius.The transformer shall be IS-2026 marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set suitable for DG Set of Capacity 25 KVA 415 volts, three phase , engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms of capacity upto 25 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate Including transportation as both the DGs are to be installed at top of the Rani Hill, Zuneracy and Bump post.

Supply, installation and testing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation,three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ±2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 15 KVA Stabilizer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The cable coming in and out of the Panel will be laid in specially made PCC/Brick Masonry Trenches/duts of 30cm x 30 cm with sand cushioning till top and RCC/Cast iron lid cover for the trenches. The scope of work includes the followings:-

(a) Incoming (i) On load Panel Mounted 100A Changover,2 input and 1 output - 01 Nos (ii) MCCB 4pole, 415 volts AC grade,100 Amps rating and 36 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL protection - 01 No E15 (iii) Two empty space for future MCCB connection in input (before Changeover, for generator) - Short with bus bar.The space shall be closed with a bolted door. (b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts AC grade, 63 Amps rating and 35 KA rupturing capacity complete with microprocessor based OL protection - 02 Nos (ii) (From the above MCCBs) MCB SPN 32 A, C curve - 06 (iii) Three Phase Digital Panel Ammeter with three display to display all phase symulteneously - 02 Nos (iv) Indicator lamp RYGB Make Havelles - 01 set (v) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate,15cm thick in foundation,brick work in CM 1:6 with sub 'B' old size brick,rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel.The platform shall be height 45cm above the nearest road/ground/floor level. Note :- (i) All out going feeders shall be connected by cable throught suitable size gland plate/glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint.

Supplying and install ON LOAD change over switch 415 V in sheet metal enclosures 3 pole of capacity 40-200 Amp fix on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch fuse unit TPN 500 Volts, 3 phase with HRC fuses suitable for interior mounting in panel of capacity 40-200 Amp complete all as specified and directed.
