SCHEDULE "A" Part- XVI (FITTINGS AND FIXTURES & MISC ITEMS)

ROAD Supply and fix 800mm dia of convex Mirror made of PC material provided with suitable stainless steel pipe post of 75mm dia as per site requirement. It is meant for road turning, intersections, curves, T-junctions, Hospital, parking lots etc. it is also deal for surveillance. it should have clear & define mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle. it is unbreakable & stronger than the glass and fixed on ground by PCC 1:2:4 as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

COMPOUND WALL & GATE Supply and fix PVC coated (PVC Coat as per ASTM F668 class 2a nominal 0.5mm and min 0.4mm) Chain link fencing of mesh 75x75mm including line wires of dia 2.50mm with tensile strength & mass of zinc coating min 350Mpa as per IS 280, to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires, complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix flange/screw type Foot Valve Cast iron 80 mm bore including rubber insertion packing materials, nuts, bolts and washer including taking down unserviceable foot valve including disconnect and reconnect the suction pipe line in any situation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install centrifugal electric driven pump set 5 HP pump set with suction/delivery of size 80/65 or 50/40 mm, three phase 440 volts 50 Hz KDI-GMI series three phase squirrel gauge induction motor in common base frame and coupled with pump complete including following parameters (a) Model No KDI -550 ++ GMI MS SS (b) Capacity 5 HP, three phase 415 volts, 50 Hz (c) Head range 36 to 52 mtr (e) Discharge capacity 3 to 6 Ltrs per minute, foundation nut bolts washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve of size 105 x 105 x 110 cm (internal) with brick work of sub class B old bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 and 10mm thick rendering on internal and exposed external surfaces of brick work in CM 1:4 be 15mm below GL and mixed with water proofing compound @2% by wt of cement with and incl 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement and 1 No 50mm size lock incl painting steel surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

The energy meter having to measure voltage, current, PF KWH, KVAH, KVARH, general construction confirming to IS : 8623 / 93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation with followiing detailed specifications & controls including connecting of all incoming and outgoing cable with cable glande :- (Make - CPRI approved/certified manufacture) (a) The size of panel is not less than 1.00 x1.50 x0.45 Mtr indoor type having accomdoate 01 (one) Nos Incoming MCCB four pole (63 to 100) amps 36 KA , MCB outgoings TPN/four pole 6-32 amps 'C' curve 4 Nos, MCB SPN 16 amps 'C' curve 1 Nos, DOL starter 5 HP capacity 4 Nos all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of PCC foundation included in quated rate. (ii) Each MCCB's having seperate enclosures, marking with feeder name (iii) The minimum height of PCC is 30 CM and ratio of PCC 1:3:6 (iv) Earth work excavation, returing filling, removel for panel erection and cabling connection included in quated rate.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note: - Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Supply and fix Cable junction box IP66 halogen free and weather proof for out door installation made of thermoplastic material of size 195 mm x135 mm x 90 mm, suitable for upto 16 sqmm cable entry & cable out opening , fitted with 01 Nos MCB , SP 6 to 32 amps for street light complete internally pre-wired fitted with terminals, connectors etc and including necessary fixing arrangement such as nuts, bolts, washers, MS clamps made of 20x5 mm and painting etc including making connection complete including taking down old unserviceable boxes all as directed.

Shifting of DG set 62.5 KVA from existing location into Offrs Md accn area including disconnect/reconnect the all electrical cables with necessary size of lugs/gland and shifting the DG set with crane, support sillings without any damage of existing DG set, reinstall at new location including necessary transportation/T&P items required at site all as directed

AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHT Supply and fix aviation obstruction light LED type comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure IP 65 ENCLOSURE 50 HZ 100 to 270 volts single phase complete all as specified and as directed.

TELEPHONE /TV CONDUIT Supply and fix modular telephone socket RJ 11 one module all as directed

DEMOLITION/DISMANTLING E/M PORTION Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring of any size including GI/copper earth continuity conductor in PVC conduit on wall/roof etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan, any size and type sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custody and deposit to AGE E/M store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down main switch/SPN DB/TPN DB of any size and keep in safe custody for taking credit complete all as directed

Disconnecting electric/water connection from geyser and taking down into this position any capacity and deposit to AGE E/M store yard complete all as directed

Taking down Electric Meter any type from its position with disconnect the electric cable any size and depositing to AGE E/M Store Yard all as directed

Taking down Service connection/LT UG cable of size 2 core 10 sq mm, 4 core 25 sqmm and 50 sqmm cable from building and removing from site complete and keep in safe custody for taking as a credit all as directed

Taking down Gate valve 50/40/25/20 mm dia complete in any position all as directed

ELECTRIC CHIMNEY Supply and install test and commissioning of auto clean kitchen chimney with baffle filter, auto clean alarm, touch and gesture control, I clean technology for notification of cleaning, built LED light on hood (Hood primus plus energy BK90 )of size 90 cm and 1500 Cum per hour range with necessary ducting upto the wall of kitchen suitable to exhaust the smoke in kitchen premises suitable for modular kitchen all as directed. OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF LIFTS Maintenance and Operation of Two Nos Passenger lift i.e 08 Passengers Capacity 544 Kg and 13 passengers Capacity 1000 Kg installed at S+6 storey married accommodation building during the first year of defects liability period by employing one number lift operator for each shift on all days including Sundays and holidays in three shifts of 8 hours each i.e 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs and 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs & 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The operator should be known the lift operation, rescue procedure, safety precaution etc.

Maintenance and Operation of Two nos passenger lift i.e 08 Passengers Capacity 544 Kg and 13 passenger Capacity 1000 Kg installed at S+7 storey married accommodation building during the first year of defects liability period by employing one number lift operator for each shift on all days including Sundays and holidays in three shifts of 8 Hrs each i.e 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs and 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 Hrs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The instructions for daily/weekly/monthly routine maintenance of plant and machinery will be given by Engineer in charge as per standard norms. (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of consumable items like cotton waste, cleaning cloth, grease, nuts/bolts/washers, log sheet, Stationary etc and tools/safety helmet, shoe, two set of uniform for Lift operator as per standard. (c) The operator shall maintain the installations neat and tidy all as directed. (d) The contractor should ensure all provision as laid down by State/Central Govt. labour commissions Employees provident fund, ESI and in contract labour Act 1970 such as payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc are complied. (e) The contractor shall make payment to the tradesmen employee directly (online) to the employees saving bank account linked with Aadhaar No. the minimum wages prescribed by state Govt or Central Govt whichever is more shall be paid & monthly payment shall be submitted duly signed by contractor to AGE (I) for verification (e) The employees are entitled for EPF as per the laid down percentage shall be provided by the contractor (f) Reserves staff required to be employed during leave/off the staff employed (h) EPF & ESI for the tradesmen employed shall be made by the contractor (j) The duties/performance of tradesmen shall be checked and ensure by the contractor time to time and contractor shall be responsible for efficient functioning services. (k) The contractor shall be responsible for safe custody of departmental equipments (l) The unit rate quoted is deemed included for all provisions as mentioned above.

(g) Deflector or Secondary Sheave, Bearings, car and Counterweight Guide Rails and Buffers, Top and Bottom Limit Switches, Governor tension Sheave Assembly, Compensating Sheave assembly, Car, Counterweight and Counterweight Guide shoes including Roller or Gibs. (h) Interlocks on Hoist way Door Hangers, Guide, Automatic Power Operated Door Operator, car Door Hanger, Car Door Contact, safety Shoe, Load Weighting Equipment, car Frame, car Safety Mechanism and Platform. (j) Furnish Lubricants compounded to manufacturer’s stringent specifications. (k) Examine periodically all safety devices and governors and make all customary safety tests. (l) The AMC contract starts from after the DLP of contract (m) All breakdown complaints attend within two hour of receiving the notice/massage, failure to attend the same within time will resulting a penalty of Rs.1000/hour delay (n) The routine maintenance report submitted to Engr-in-Charge
