M&L for preparation of old decorated cement base paint surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down etc and applying one coat of cement base paint and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down etc and apply one coat of distemper oil emulsion and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down etc and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks/ concrete surfacses including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in CM (1:4) finished fair and even and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in CM (1:6) finished fair and even and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM (1:3) finished fair and even and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for two coats of distemper oil emultion over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

M&L for applying three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces.

M&L for applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant cement primer on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for applying three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces.

M&L Plastering on concrete surfaces of ceiling, beams, lintels, Chajjas etc, 20mm thick in CM (1:3) , in patches including preparation of exposed reinforcement surface, cleaning with rotary brush to remove all loose rust and treating with single component solution of rust remover, RUST CHM-IPN (RB&CC) surface finished with 1.00mm thick sagol finish all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removing plant including roots by dismantaling of brick work PCC/RCC including necessary saffolding any type in any location/position i.e roof , parapet wall near pipes etc and applying acid after removeing roots for preventing the regrowth and making good of disturbed portion useing PCC 1:2:4 type B0 & 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 size of disturbed portion 150 x 150 x 200mm complete all as specified & directed by Engr - In - Charge.

M&L French polishing on old wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats to receive glossy finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge
