Taking down door chowkhat with shutter area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium sections for doors, windows, ventilators, door partition including fabrication of frame shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips, and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Glass panes will be measured & paid separately . (ii)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading however it will be not be weighed and not paid separately. (iii) All other minor details including cost of locking arrangement shall be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Windows all around will be sealed with silicon sealant.

S&F aluminium grill of 5mm thick of design and opening as approved by engr in charge fixed with aluminium channel 'F ' 20mmx15mm fixed in position with screw, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of 62 mm x 32 mm size applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing factory made 28-30mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm” and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolt (ISI marked) of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm long Aluminium butt hinges (ISI marked) of extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge, pin anodized, complete all as specified and directed.
