Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm & over in section, any position in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling weather boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc to any radius in half brick thick walls built in built in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for clean sawn 2nd class hardwood as in timber scantlings for replacement pieces of rafter, purlin or other truss member etc fixed at its old position with necessary arrangement as required at site and directed by engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20 mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20 mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 32 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and aapplying two coat of acrylic exterior weather coat paint (Weather proof paint with quality of dust guard, anti algal and anti fungal paint with minimum 05 years performance warranty over a coat of approved primer over 1mm thick wall care putty of same manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with Creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling/exhaust fan including connection wires carefully removal to store in safe custody and refixing the same in original position after servicing including ball bearing, bush etc ( if required) complete all as specified and as directed.
