Charges for dismantling the casing cover of blowers 2A & 2B for painting and reassembling after completion of painting works.
Charges for scratching and cleaning, painting with epoxy zinc chromate primer one coat and epoxy smoke grey paint two coat for structures, spray room tank pipes, eliminator frame, water strainer structure, AWS Blowers 2A & 2B, dampers and ducts.
Charges for de coupling the AWCW Pumps 2A removing of pump, Overhaul the pumps and alignment checking & commissioning.
Charges for removing the existing damaged angles and channels of base structure by gas cutting(Blower 2A).
Charges for cutting the new angles and channels by gas cutting, Edge, Preparation and drilling the holes for fixing the bolts as per sample. ( Angles and channels will be supplied by TANGEDCO)
Charges for fabrication of new structure as per sample channels and by welding and fixing the support plates where necessary.
Charges for dismantling the water spray nipples and nozzles from the pipe line and scratching & cleaning and then re-fixing in the pipe line.
Charges for flushing the spray system pipe line and devolution of scrap to central stores including lead and lift etc., (Lorry will be provided by board).
