Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) of 100 thick as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete, etc all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/bed blocks including necessary form work, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 incl demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins, arches, pillars, etc all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished and smooth (without using extra cement), complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster coat including necessary preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or plastered surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete as specified and directed.

S&F Rubber moulded pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirm to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness. M-35 Grade, laid over sand filling/screed bed set jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand filling/screed bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only old Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid over sand filling/screed bed, set jointed and pointed with grey Cement and pigment, all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm bore dia, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors, as in drain pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete is ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors.

Demolition of Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M&L for Pre cast cover slab using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 and set in CM 1:6 with top surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Removing building material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point and disposal obtaining from item no. 1,11 and 15.
