Repairs to false flooring and false ceiling, providing partitions and work stations including other furniture and painting works in the proposed SOC room , 1st floor, ITPC, OU campus, Hyderabad

Providing and fixing in position linear workstation of size 1200L x 600D x 750mm height with MS Powder coated square legs of (minimum 50mmx50mm) and supported with MS powder coated cross beams(minimum 40mmx20mm) (Model E212060 of featherlite make or equivalent in Godrej make or in any reputed make as directed by Engineer in charge with the following broad specifications)

a) Table top shall be made out of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC edge moulding on all exposed edges, provided with Grommets of required size for cable entry at specified locations with ABS cover as per manufacturer's specification.

b) The front of the workstation shall have 8mm thick toughened glass mounted on MS powder coated studs of size 1050 x 300 mm height. Model EGS-1. Return glass (side glass) of 8mm thick toughened glass of size 525 x 300 mm height in both sides model EGS-2 with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of size 500mm height hanging modesty panel shall be fixed on main panels.

c) 125 mm height metal race way for wire management with removable cover for easy wiring maintenance. Pre-punched slots shall be provided on race way for one 8 module (Anchor Roma) and one data port for mounting the switches /sockets and vertical wire entry cover to run through floor to race ways.

d)Movable cabinet consisting of one mobile drawer unit of size Minimum 400mm (W) x Minimum 450mm (D) x Minimum 600mm (H) and 2 No's sliding Drawers and 1 No. File Drawer made in metal/prelaminated particle board and edges exposed area covered with 2mm thick PVC edge lipping. Drawers shall be provided with regular locks with castors & handles to be provided with Finger groove handles., etc all complete as per manufactureres specifications .

e) Providing ABS key board tray and MS powder coated CPU trolley shall be as per manufacturers specifications.

f) Supply and placing Foot rest of size 450x350 mm for workstations as per manufactures specifications etc all complete as per the drawings approved by the engineer in charge.

Arrangement of workstations and combinations shall be as per architectural drawing/workstations layout attached in tender document (Each work station with above specifications and features is measured for payment)

Providing and fixing in position at designated location 10 Seater conference table of size minimum 3000mm length X minimum 1500 width X 750 mm height of approved make with the table top of 25mm thick both sides pre- laminated board finished of approved shade with 2mm PVC edge lipping on all exposed edges, under structure with MS Powder coated Perform legs (50mmx50mm) and supporting on MS powder coated cross beams (40mmx20mm), Modesty with 18mm thick PLT Modesty Panel of 450mm height, Wire Management with anodised finish 5 nos Flip up box 450 mm x 150mm with soft closures, without sockets and switches , PVC Cable Dump & vertical cover for wire entry from the floor to the table top, etc., all complete as per manufacturers specifications conforming to the ‘Model No.10 Pax MT of featherlite make or equivalent in Godrej make or any other reputed make as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and placing in position at the designated location Metal cupboard of size minimum 900mm wide x 450mm depth x 2015 mm height with swing doors with 4 levels of storage capacity all complete as per manufacturers specifications conforming to the ‘Model No. KD-099' of featherlite make or equivalent in Godrej make or any other reputed make as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position at the designated location (3+1+1) seated SOFA SET of Model no. Converse-S-900 of Featherlite make or equivalent in Godrej make or any other reputed make as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with the following broad specifications: 1. Frame Covering with fully Upholstered, Backrest & Seat cushioned l with foam and the density of foam not less than 45Kg/Cubic metre, and both will be covered with Leatherite . 2. The Frame Structure consisting of wood members of minimum 25 mm thickness. Length of Three Seater minimum of size 1930mm L x 800 mm D x 820 mm in height. Seat Cushion Thickness not less than 200mm . Length of single seater sofa will size minimum 890mm(L) x 800mm(D) x 820mm(H) as per the manufacturers specifications ..

Providing and placing in in position GLASS TOP RECTANGLAR CENTRE TABLE of size 1000 x 500 x 330mm height with wooden frame and legs etc., all complete as per manufacturers specifications conforming to the "Model Ambassador" of Featherlite make or equivalent in Godrej make or any other reputed make as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Repairs to raised false flooring system in the proposed SOC room by checking the alignment of frame work , tightening of jacks, replacement of broken false flooring tiles of size 600x 600mm where ever required as directed by the engineer in charge. Supply of tiles for replacement will be supplied by department at no cost. Any fittings or fixtures required for repairs will be paid separately.

Repairs to tiled false ceiling system in the proposed SOC room by checking the alignment of frame work , tightening of grid and replacement of broken ceiling tiles of size 600x 600mm where ever required as directed by the engineer in charge. Supply of tiles for replacement will be supplied by department at no cost. Any fittings or fixtures required for repairs will be paid separately.

Dismantling the required partitions at BSNL Bhavan building and Transportation of dismembered aluminium partitions from BSNL Bhavan to site of work including loading and unloading and stacking at designated location as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .( The rate includes the Dismantling , dismembering, segregating, transportation, loading and unloading and other incidental charges. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. Area of partition dismantled will be measured for payment)

Providing and fixing of sun control film of approved brand and shade over glass windows with out any bubbling over the surface and making surface good etc., all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge.

Making and fixing of aluminum partitions and doors in position including sorting available material of aluminum sections, particle boards, glass panels, gaskets and snap on beading as per the approved drawing including fixing with rawl plugs, screws etc and filling of gaps if any at junctions with wall with sealant wherever required all complete as per the specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Necessary screws, clamps, Rawl plugs shall be arranged for fixing partitions . The available aluminium sections, glass, boards, gaskets and snap on beading will be supplied by the department at no cost. Area of erected partition having board/glass panels/grill only shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Two coats.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.
