Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil

All as per item No.01 above but in hard/ dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc.1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.03 above but to a distance exc. 1.5 km & not exc. 5 km.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under rammed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ in bed blocks, copings and the like including weathering, solightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work.

M&L for surface dressing n exec 15 cm deep in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) 100mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick high traffic paver tiles (coloured) joint free as in floors and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match the surface laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : "ENDURA" by Johnson or equivelent in SOMANY/ORIENT (IS 4457 : 2007)

M&L for Use and waste of formwork for foundation beams etc., for rough finished surfaces all as directed.

M&L for Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam hauchings, girder, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilivers, shelves incl supports, overhangs, etc. Also splay between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces all as directed.

M&L for Use and waste of formwork for sides of columns for rough finished surfaces all as directed.

M& L for brick work with old sized fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius laid in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.19 above but EXCEPT BRICK.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface by applying alkali resistant priming coat and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work as post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc; and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia., barbed with 2mm dia., barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface of any description, otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bounded, bedding and solidly hearted, built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No.27 above but EXCEPT STONE.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. and removing off the rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygon rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bed to 300mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bed to 450mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 300mm bore, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches in repairs all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 450mm bore, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches in repairs all as specified.

M&L for factory made pre cast drain cover slab of size 600 x 450 x 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor factory made pre cast drain cover slab of size 900 x 450 x 90mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/ mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface Channels and drains including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/ stopped ends etc.
